Alex Manente is the real deal.

Found and met Alex both by word of mouth suggestion from a friend, and by being the local Orbea dealer. Went in and met him and talked things over in order to place an order for a 2 new Orbea Orcas for my wife and I.

Unfortunately, we decided to order bikes in August when all of Spain is on vacation (meaning no bikes are being built or shipping out), but Alex was very transparent and kept in contact to let us know the status of our order.

In the meantime, while we waited we hired Alex to do some maintenance on our old entry level bikes. His skills turned our old bikes back to brand new, probably even better. His work sets a new bar for craftsmanship that you’ll likely have trouble finding anywhere else.

Alex is a class act. It's clear that he cares about his craft and puts quality work in everything he does. I went in with a touring bike with a drive train that was well past its prime. Alex was able to repair and replace what was needed, while keeping the cost down. He has also done work on my son's and wife's bikes, each time going the extra mile. I highly recommend him and wish him the best!

Best bikeshop in the DMV! Alex is both caring and knowledgeable about all things cycling, specialty or otherwise. Not easy to find a bike mechanic who enjoys working with campagnolo, but Alex is a certified campy expert.

I needed to get my bike tuned up and brakes replace. This place was recommended by a friend who is a cyclist. I don't consider myself a cyclist but plan to ride more for exercise. I was confident that it would be a great place to take my bike in. It exceeded my expectations. My bike feels so much better than before. Quick and no nonsense or up selling. Quick work as promised. It is worth it to drive from Bethesda to Falls Church.
Alex is the most wonderful carrying person beside he is a Master and artist in Campagnolo that you don't find in the DC area.
He promised and delivered to me the first Colnago V3RS team UAE in the world, beside it still the only one in United State on the road.

I just returned from the ProBike FC Portugal trip and the best way to describe it is...EPIC! This will be a trip to remember for a long time. The trip truly exceeded expectations. I can't wait to join a future trip. The cycling, as expected was fantastic, but the food and extra activities were also top notch. Nick even offered to pack my bike before the trip and then re-pack for the return flight. I would highly recommend ProBike FC for anyone looking to experience a great cycling tour. I would also recommend ProBike FC for their regular shop. They offer great shop rides, bike service and of course new bikes and equipment.
