Venue was my first skate shop experience and I am very pleased. I came in looking to get my first board and Guy was quick to help and responsive to my questions. He helped me select each part, guided me on putting it together in the shop, and was all around pleasant to work with. The staff have a passion for this hobby and it shows very well in their work.

Great experience! I went in this past Sunday 10/20 wanting help identifying the correct bearing size for my new outdoor skate wheels (quad skates). The sweet dude at the desk told me my bearings were just fine and offered to swap my wheels out for free. He did it all in minutes - this saved me at least an hour of my time and probably $30 of equipment to do it myself! Will definitely come back to give them business next time I need to buy something 🙂 Left a tip of course!

Solid shop that carry the good stuff. Me and my wife dug and purchased their shop merch. Great to see skate brands like antihero, tired, and chocolate on the shelves as well.

I originally came to this shop to enter into the rtj dunk raffle and while I was in there looking around I was asked how I was doing, if I needed any help, and just got to saw how they interacted with customers and saw just how well they treated everybody. I had always wanted to skate but had been too scared to try before but now I knew that I had a place to go to talk and ask questions. This week I came in knowing that much or how true what I looked up was and they helped immensely. I told them what I was looking for they explained everything clearly and talked me through every step of the process and answered every question I had. Overall this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had anywhere and I will keep going here for anything I need. If any members of staff are reading this, thank you I’m super happy with my board and genuinely thankful for all the help

Guy spent a good amount of time trying to figure out how to put a bearing press back together for me. He is an excellent problem solver and I was impressed with his determination to help me with my problem. I’ve been going to Venue for many years and I always receive excellent customer service and the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful.

Really nice place and nice owners. They give decent advice and set up your board better than anyone else. I would recommend going in with some knowledge but it was pretty quick and easy. The shop also has a nice atmosphere and doesn't feel claustrophobic.

Shop is verrrry cool. I called up with some questions about the dimensions of a board they had, as well asked about the top ply colors. The dude on the phone was patient and had no problem taking the measurements and going through his stack of boards to get me the info I need. I hit up another shop asking the same questions and was called a Nerd. Venue got my business to say the least, good looks guys!
