They love selling expired food! And yup I’m the idiot to not take notice at the store. This has happened 3x and the other times I’ve had to return or exchange and thought they would’ve had it resolved by now but nope!!!

This score is solely based on this visit. I had to use self check out because they had ONE register open with a long line. I scanned my clothes and there was an alarm on one that went off as I left. I was stopped and was asked to show receipt to the same lady who saw me check out my items. Ridiculous. Do better.

what a joke of a store . Imagine telling the customer if I ever see a price wrong take a pic of where the item was . When they do just that you lie and say we can’t honor that . Guess what my 600 worth of grocery’s can stay there I stop using u guys years ago because of how you treated customers and ima do it again I’m so Sick and tired of the lies and Mangement making their own rules . Place is a joke

Also since I can’t make 2 reviews this review is from 9-8-2024 at 3:12 pm I went around noon to buy diapers I get home and find out the product that I bought isn’t what’s in the box I called target and tell them and get asked to you have the receipt I say yes they said we neeed to review our cameras to make sure you bought these I HAVE THE RECEIPT . I will never do business with target EVER again .

They tried to scam me out of $20 when their machine ate my money. The associate literally watched me put it in. The security lady was extremely confrontational. They must of rewatched the video a few times and realized they were wrong. I returned the item and will never spend another dime there!

I desperately needed new work shoes, but the Women's shoe section is such a mess that I was literally unable to find the second half of the pair I wanted to buy ); everything is tossed out of boxes and piled on shelves, there's basically no sorting by style or size, you just have to dive in and hope you pull out something that'll fit. Even then, if you want left *and* right shoes prepare to spend 30 minutes shuffling through every aisle of cluttered chaos. If you think "I'll come back tomorrow," don't, because they won't have sorted anything, it'll just be worse.

Lacking in brand and product variety. Has very little organic anything. I also consistently find that things I’ll buy for months are suddenly just “no longer sold at the Orange City location” per the app. Everything from Sargento cheese to various types of soda, auto care items, homeware, a great deal of things. If I can’t rely on a big multi-department store for basic items, why would I keep going back? The staff that work here also seem like they just absolutely abhor their jobs. I don’t shop in person because it’s just frankly, not pleasant. Would rather avoid it all and use the app - but recently I’ve switched to Amazon or Walmart.

Every Sunday I get my groceries by pick up. (I have extremely bad back problems which has greatly hindered my ability to shop normally). I used to do pick ups from Aldi, Publix, Walmart and something is always missing, spoiled, dented but with target they’re always so on point. The employees are always with the most welcoming energy. & There are no hidden fees like every other pick up. & They’re always quick. One time I had to wait about 15minutes (I did not mind at all as I could see it was one employee and so many cars- I used it to my advantage and doom scrolled) they gave me a little gift card and apologized for waiting!

Target is always clean and it’s a pleasure to walk about. However, while search for a booster seat, I came across a sale sign so I decided to get it. Well, that sale had expired but the sign was still up. I guess shame on me for now realizing that the sale expired but shame on Target for failing to remove the sign? Anyways, the customer service still honored the sale price. ?
