Great service from the staff at this branch. Very helpful and customer focused.

We had an issue in the Greenford branch with their racists manager however here they gave 5 star service.

I was approached by a lovely member of staff called Maggie, she assisted me so well! I was looking to get a size 1+ Car seat for my child, and the one that I was interested in was not on display. She kindly offered to have new one opened from the stock room and fitted in my car to see if it was to my liking. She then placed the new box in a trolley and wheeled it down to the car park for me to see if it was suitable for me. To which it was! Nice to see a sales assistant with such care ?

This is one of my fave stores in London . Amazing selection of toys for both little children( and big children aka adults) Great selections of Lego, action playsets and just about everything else you could want.

Wanted to say a massive thanks to Asmaa and Kai for their fab help and for being absolute legends.

Great collection of toys. Large store with two floors. Ample floor area , no overcrowding. Almost all types of toys in collection. Kids go crazy. Ample parking . Just near the Junction1 of M1.

Atrocious experience with a certain staff member in this store months ago. I went to pay for the toys and she said "no, keep the basket down and bring the toys up!" I then handed her £100 but she didn't properly check (not doing her job properly) and thought I had given her £80. She gave me a condescending stare and shouted "83.07" (cost of my shopping) and no apology. My younger brother (who is special needs was coughing slightly (on the side) and she rudely said to me "can you teach him to cover his mouth when he coughs" I was stunned at the disrespect from this individual. Her name is PINA.

I like what I bought but the server,
Kai, was unnecessarily rude. He had an attitude from the moment I came to the till. He also looked at me and spoke to me as if I didn’t know what I was doing.
