Good store but think it's terrible you're blasting the radio so loud with news on in the adverts talking about stabbings and violence in a kids toy shop. Need to step away from the radio and get a suitable playlist going.

Brilliant toy store, caters for all ages. great atmosphere and great members of staff especially Sherri.

Sherri listened to what i was looking for and her understanding of my need’s was awesome, she showed me a few items which meet my needs and explained it item individually taking her time and making sure i understood before making my final choice. Her product knowledge is awesome.

I must say Sherri is an asset to Smyths Toys. ?.

finally i must add i had a great feeling after i left the store and the items i bought are of good quality.

Very large toy store. Very friendly staff. I came to buy a gift I was served professionally I bought what I wanted the lady was very helpful to help me find the toys I needed because you can really get lost there. Children must love this store ? Thank you for your help!!

Absolute zero customer service! Brought an item not used just opened, change of mind as how would you know if a product is worth keeping so you go back and return and they REFUSE TO TAKE BACK! PERFECT CONDITION yet they refuse! Zero company customer service!!

Smyth’s toys are very expensive and not educational and they’re all made of plastic which is bad for the environment. We might go back again but if their toys were more reasonably priced, more environmentally conscious and if they had more educational content then the store would be much better.

Such a friendly shop- always worth the extra travel from my local. Margaret at the tills was an absolute gem; she went above and beyond to assist me and just has such great customer service. And a special shoutout to Delroy, who not only helped me carry the playhouse to my car but also went the extra mile by taking it apart and ensuring it fit inside. Thank you!

Was in the shop today to purchase a baby pram, some staff were very helpful but honestly this guy at checkout named Oliver had let down their whole team. Guy seems stressed out quite obviously as it was busy, I get that. When I asked him for assistance to bring the huge box to the car with the sack barrow, his response was “no we can’t help you, if a 5’2 girl at the back can do this all day then you can do it as well”. This wasn’t the case as one of other employee used the same sack barrow to drag it to shop front because the box was huge! Honestly look after your employe guys because Oliver sounded like he was crying for help!
