Fantastic range of toys. Very helpful staff members. Needed help and advice on a vtech product,the young lady who advised me went above and beyond she is a credit to the store. Most definitely will be coming back.

This store of Smyths Toys is a spacious place with a massive selection of toys and everything that makes kids happy and wanting to go there. Great selection of car chairs, cot beds, bikes, rollers, toys for girls and boys, toddlers and older age of children too. Due to the great space most of the bikes and remote controlled cars can be tested and kids can have a trial ride before you'd buy them. Will definitely come back and would recommend if you are looking to buy toys.

Went to buy granddaughter's birthday present. There's so much choice it's a bit overwhelming unless you know exactly what you want. Probably best not to take children in with you (I didn't) because they will get over excited - this was evident that evening. A good toy shop for ideas but you will need to spend time looking around as it's enormous!

Absolutely fantastic experience for my son. The store manager went past expectations, after my son hurting his self in the store today a blonde haired lady in a green top come straight over gave him a special plaster and made his day, not from the plaster but the gesture she did after. I’m guessing she was a manager at the Doncaster store but I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer service like it, I would like to thank you for making my sons day and say to Smyths you have a cracking employee who was compassionate and caring, she did this off her own back but for the small gesture she did will probably receive 10 times back from the amount of people I tell how good our experience was. The thing is you could tell she never did it for that but to make a little boys day. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back again

Bad customer service, we bought a bike for my child. The lady checked it focusing only on the wheels , we returned home we found that the brakes were broken . When we went there to fix or returned it he refused by saying that it is broken because of the misuse ? it was the worst experience ever last time to be there very disappointed

Wow! My daughter LOVES it here! But then what child I’m their right mind wouldn’t?! The selection is second to none. The staff are super attentive and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Absolutely anything they can do to help and they will. The shelves are always jam packed full of the latest toys and new

Staff and management need an attitude adjustment, obviously the bad attitude of the staff is passed down from the management who are more bothered about riding around the store on scooters than creating an environment of good customer service.
