I really would like to get my replacement scooter from the store I purchased it from because I feel like I’m getting the run around about the one from the warehouse and I really am not satisfied with this experience everyone else is saying it’s been too long of wait. Either I get a new scooter or my money back or I will push to go to small claims court. Isn’t right to be doing this kind of business.

I have received the worse service from Segway. I sent my Segway P65 scooter back for repair of a broken front wheel fork. They sent the scooter back to me on 8/17/2024 with a broken dashboard. They are refusing to take the scooter back for repair which I am still under manufactures warranty. They then tried to make me an offer to swap out for a GT1 model which I declined for that much less powerful model. I demanded my refund if they refuse to take the damaged one they sent me. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau to get this matter resolved before I sue them. I will never do business with Segway ever again. They have the worst technical support customer service.

If you are one of those guys that buys the extra care or protection warranty’s . Don’t do it here. They don’t take care of you after you buy a scooter. You better order online and deal with the same factory .

Unfortunate. I spend more when I bought it following the salesman advice.

And on top of all they want me to pay for a diagnostic that I never ask for.

I thought this is a good brand. But please dont make the same mistake I did.

DONT BUY FROM THEM .. I order a gokart 2200 dollars from them worked for 2 days only and my money is gone ... tried to call them alot for part replacement but they will not send it to you and they will not answer you after you call them several time

So far so good. I got myself a Segway E2 Pro online from the official Segway website. The cheapest one that can support my weight. I did look at other brands but I realized Segway been around the longest and have support and repair shops around USA.

When I receive it, I was surprised how well made and the quality it is

I noticed the brakes wasn't adjusted properly.

I took it here and they were able to fix it and adjust it. Guess what? It was the salesperson that did it!

I'm happy with it. I will definitely recommend Segway scooters

Took my brother in for the first time to get an electric scooter. The doors are locked but they open them for you if you want to come in and see the inventory. The guys were great and very knowledgeable. We made our purchase and happy with the new scooter.

This is the first time when I want to give a higher score than available! If I could, I’d give 7 stars instead of 5! I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and customer service at the store. No matter how big or small your issue is, they’ll have it resolved in no time! I wish all problems in life could be solved as easily and quickly as Segway Los Angeles does that.
