I have never been kayaking. My husband and I are thinking about the new adventures. We went to Sandy Point and were so pleased with the information and the service! They carry an array of items from surf boards to snow boards! They even give the opportunity to try a kayaking in the pool area. If you need great service at a great price, this is the go-to! The knowledge of their product line is amazing. THEY HAVE A HUGE INVENTORY!

Had a rudder line break, and the guy that works on Hobie's at Hagan Ace Hardware in St. Augustine was off for a week, so I took it down to this dump to have it repaired.
I should've waited for Hagen.
3 weeks later, I get my kayak back. 1st time out, there's ridiculous slack in the rudder control. I tightened the tension adjustment, and it took out the slack, but I could only make right turns. This was the repair!
Looked it up online and repaired it myself. Miserable job on the rudder line.
Should've done it myself.
Never take any work here.

Curtis installed my hullavator a few months back, I had some issues with it today after kayaking. I gave him a call, he let me come right over and took care of it right away. Just a slight adjustment, tips on making sure I paid attention to it lining up properly before using the lift. A+ Customer Service!! Thank you!!

Todd at Sandy Point for the win!!! We got my granddaughter a custom skateboard deck made by a local artist for her birthday. We ordered trucks and wheels for it... but they didn't come in time. I drove down from Bunnell today (the day before my granddaughters birthday) walked and and asked for a miracle!! They delivered! Todd helped me pick out child appropriate bearings, wheels, trucks, hardware, and grip tape that perfectly matched the theme of the skateboard! And on top of that, he put it all on for me!! I love this place! We've been shopping here since my daughter was 4 years old and I'm so happy they are still around to help! 10 out of 10 WILL RECOMMEND! ?

I love water sports and have owned Hobie products for 40-years. Curtis and his team always find time to be helpful and service oriented. They go way out of their way to help with repairs, parts, advice and sales for high quality products. In this day of online sales its worth my time to drive 22-miles each way to visit the store. It’s just that good!

I had a great experience today at lunch he store. Ben helped me to pull old stripped FCS srcews off my board while Stephen, the sales guy gave me a great introduction to SUPs, fishes and longboards... Their selection is amazing. I’m definitely coming back.

Traveled 2+ hours to buy a higher end SUP and kayak from Sandy Point during the pandemic. Have since been coming back for support for my 15 year old Hobie Oasis that I bought from a now-defunct merchant. The support (eg, parts procurement & advice) from Curtis have been really outstanding. Very much appreciated! I'll be back for more.
