Super friendly staff and amazing inventory! They sell parts for high-end bikes and cheaper department store bikes like the one I have, I’ve been able to keep my bike up and running for thousands of miles thanks to the staff here. Also have racks outside to lock up your bike while inside.

I had the great esteemed gratitude of being assisted by Diego and John this evening when my Schwinn Classic's chain was slipped and I was without knowledge on how to make the remedial repair. In my misunderstanding of how the chain is assembled on the rear wheel sprocket, I actually left a disordered tangling, but these two gentlemen were patient and adept to provision the repair relatively easy and quick. Thank you and your team for delivering quality care. It was my gratitude as well that this vendor/repair shop is located conveniently close to the Metrolink train transit, so it is only a short walk with the bicycle. I brought my road bike into Roy's last minute, and they went above and beyond to help me out. The team was super friendly, quick to troubleshoot, and even fixed the issue right on the spot. They really know their stuff and have an awesome inventory of anything you could need for biking. Great experience all around 10/10

I did the Tour de Foothills century last weekend, and one of the main reasons it went well was Roy’s Cyclery. I came down from Sacramento to do the ride, but forgot to pack my cycling socks, and only had generic athletic socks on hand. The morning of the ride, before the time the store regularly opens, the owner was on site, learned that I was in need, and was kind enough to open his store early so that I could purchase a proper pair of cycling socks. This bike shop goes above and beyond, and 100 bike miles later, I cannot thank them enough.

This morning on a bike ride I noticed one of my handle ends was missing so I stopped at Roy’s Cyclery and they most graciously gave me one and put it on for me. I know it’s not much but the fact he was so willing to help me and even offered a cold bottle of water says a lot! Thank you and you’ve got my future business

I have been going to Roy’s for quite some time for parts and tuneups. Their service is top notch and many a time they would not even charge me for an adjustment on my road bike. I can't say enough about Mike and his team at Roys Cyclery. In this pandemic stricken world they have been a source of reliable bike repair quality of a service that I really appreciate.

I have now purchased two specialized turbo levo's from Roy's and Mike pulled out all the stops to get me a back ordered bike so I could enjoy and last minute trip to Mammoth and &Tahoe.
