Just want to give a big kudos to Grace at this location. She welcomed us in as soon as we got into the store with a big smile on her face. As we were shopping around we heard her greeting other customers and she was so pleasant with everyone. When we got to the front she told us about the rewards program. She even asked about our craft and welcomed us back to the store to show her once we finish it. Will definitely go back there just for the great customer service received. We were impressed. Great job Michaels and outstanding job Ms. Grace.

Cory and Gabby 's customer service was absolutely outstanding! They were extremely helpful, directing me to find each item I was looking for and ensuring I received the sale price on each one of my purchased items as well. A splendid place to get all your crafting supplies, or supplies for your hobby or business. They have a wide variety of products from, florals, greenery, pots, vases, yarn, sewing machines and accessories, baking products, scrap booking needs, circuit supplies, and so much more. This store was very clean, well kept, and their stock was well supplied. The cashier was very friendly and checked us out in a timely manner.
