Jenson used to be good. Nowadays, prompt shipping and delivery are no longer reliable. Packaging is often previously opened and taped up. Most recently, out of four items ordered, one was the wrong item placed in the box. Two items were missing small parts. Sure, Jenson will match prices, but why not just order directly from the stores that have good pricing to begin with?

Jenson is my favorite bike shop in the area! It’s mostly geared towards mountain bikers and they have tons of good deals. The staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable. Seth and Tanner have helped me figure out what parts are compatible with my bike numerous times.

What’s unique about this shop is it’s the storefront for a massive online MTB retailer that has its main warehouse in Riverside. Because of this, they have a huge selection in-store and almost anything you can think of that they don’t have in-store, they can have on-hand within a couple days. I use this all the time to check out uncommon pieces of kit or components that you would typically on find online before I buy.

The service department is great too. I do a lot of my maintenance on my own, but Louis always goes above and beyond when there’s an issue I can’t quite figure out or don’t have the tools for.

I just wanted to state how incredibly disappointed I am in JensonUSA. I ordered some new parts for my MTB and was shocked to receive used parts in my order. This is the third time I've ordered from JensonUSA and it it came as a real shocker!! All the boxes were torn, the parts were not wrapped and the shifter and Derailleur are clearly used, dusty with grease smeared everywhere, not just on the parts. This order was over $600 bucks in parts!! I did not buy or expect to receive used or open box items!! I ordered the parts in preparation for a trip to Colorado and Utah, now I don't know if my MTB will be ready on time. It's outrageous anyone would try to sell you something like this and charge you as if it was new. At this point not really sure what to do as they won't even pick up the phone. This is incredibly infuriating!!!

Miserable experience
Got excited for my new rides, sent them payment 5 times ?
They refused 5 completely valid attempts to pay. Money was taken and now I’m waiting on 24k of refunds. Sitting on parts they sent for bikes that will never show, they cancelled payment 5 different times on their end!!
Jenson is broken. Now I have no bike, and I’ll have to eat return costs for parts ordered from them specifically for the bike that never showed.
Don’t be fooled by their low prices. It comes with a mountain of headache.

I’m a very very unhappy customer.
Be warned

2 weeks later no refund.
As of 9/15/24 weeks no refund on 24k of cancelled orders.

Seth confirmed price and availability for an XT cassette and derailleur to save my weekend riding. Drove from barstow , appreciated the service. Even suggested a cable which had not occurred to me. Hope to be back soon

I ordered a Diety headset from Jensen, upon arrival the item was used and damaged. Jensen would not refund my money claiming it was used. They are right it was used prior to me receiving it. The item was sent back to them the very next day after I inspected the item for installation. Movimg forward I would recommend anybody wanting to not be ripped off by Jensen use another company. Jensen USA does not check their shipment prior to shipping. $65 isn’t much . However I should have received a new headset or at least able to swap for a non damaged one. JENSEN USA YALL SUCK BUNCH OF THIEVES !

Team Jenson is awesome, starting from the Sales and Bike specialist support up to pick up where they help me tune the suspension for my weight and riding style. I am a very happy customer
