Kevin was a great help in educating me on the necessary things I needed to know to make the right purchase for an RC plane for my son's birthday. The entire staff has always been incredibly helpful and friendly since I've recently started visiting the shop. Their enthusiasm and willingness to talk with you about whatever project you have in mind is what made me a customer of theirs for life.

Been going to this shop off and on for many years. It's the only real plastic model and supply store in the area. It has a good selection of plastic models, paints, glues, brushes etc that are needed to build plastic models. I build model aircraft exclusively and do not pay attention to all the other hobbies in the store. I go down the only two aisles that are for these products. There are many other products out there but they are not for projects that I am interested in pursueing. The staff is very helpful and I always enjoy going to this store.

Very friendly service top tier in terms of knowledge and support. I was able to speak with Kevin to get all the info I needed on drones and he advised the best path forward to meet my criteria, I have full trust in this store and their team for any hobby/RC advice!

I really like this location. They have a great selection of things and the staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the things they sell. I also prefer this shop in particular over the other HobbyTowns I’ve been to. This one has the best selection of items and staff I’ve seen so far.

Came in for a charger issue that was a warranty issue = thanks.
Looked over my XMAXX and said it's in good shape despite my horrible driving = thanks.

George out the box

I just called to see if they had a specific bearing set for an HPI savage x . Specifically a 8x16x5 bearing set. Which they did not have in stock....But I was pleasantly surprised that Kevin had a fix for me right away using the same size bearing set from Traxxas. As I said I was impressed some shops just rely on part numbers. It is great that you have such knowledgeable staff like Kevin to save the day! Thank you Kevin from Hobby Town Brandon location. You are a life saver. That's why this shop is my go to for whatever I need, knowledgeable and friendly staff, good prices, and good selection. Highly recommended

This hobby shop has the biggest model aisle I have ever seen. Amazing inventory if you love building gundams. They even have Pokemon and digimon model kits a nice war hammer section. Remote control boats and planes , kid hobby activities. Something for the whole family in this shop an absolute must if you want to get into a hobby. We live 3 hrs away and will definitely be back this shop is 100% worth the drive and already been telling all our friends.

Large selection, great products, and friendly staff. They have a ton of RC cars that go anywhere from 30 to 50+ miles per hour. They have lots of models including Gundam, Toy Story 4 Buzz Light Year, and G-Armor.
