Bought a bike and got it fitted by Chris,
He was so professional and knowledgeable on bikes. And super friendly.
Made the experience completely hassle-free and enjoyable will definitely be coming back again!

I went to Halfords today to buy a few things for my car before going on a long journey. Jed helped me acquire all I needed, he also checked over my car and gave me some great advice. I left feeling so at peace that my car was okay for my journey. Jed you were excellent and I am so please I stopped today. Thanks again!! I highly recommend this branch! And ask for Jed, you wont be disappointed.

I've had an excellent experience with their customer service across multiple visits in just two weeks. Each time, the staff was consistently helpful and efficient. I especially want to commend Sacha (I hope that’s correct I quickly saw his name badge before leaving) from the bike repair team, who assisted me on three separate occasions. He goes above and beyond, providing attentive, personalized service without ever making me feel rushed. Sacha ensured I had everything I needed before leaving the store, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Literally the WORST customer service. Been here two days in a row to collect a bike. First day there was one person available and they were taking AGES with a customer so I thought I’d come back

I’m now here and have waited 15mins where two employees are busy fixing other bikes whilst the manager it seems is downstairs doing nothing in an empty store.

The processes they have in place here clearly make no sense. Two other customers are just standing here waiting too for their bikes. I dont understand why they don’t have a process for fixing bikes where a customer can leave whilst one fixes leaving the other to deal with customers. They need to have separate colleagues and times for fixing and serving customers.

Also who ever in head office thought it would be a good idea to have the bike section UPSTAIRS should be fired. Clearly the more popular section of the store. If it was downstairs, staff doing nothing near the till could assist. Absolute no efficiency here.

When I did pick up my bike, the older gentleman that works at the bike section was incredibly miserable - seemed quite annoyed to be there.

Really weird experience today.

I went to buy a motorbike helmet. It’s the first time buying one so was hoping to get some help choosing it. One of the sales assistants started by saying he had no clue what to suggest. Great.

I asked to try some helmets on display. I wanted to try them a few times to check the different sizes and compare models to make sure it was the right (and safe) fit. It felt like it was a big effort to even remove the locks so I could try them on. One of the sales assistants finally even complained that “I already tried all of them” while I was just asking to try the one I was looking to buy, and the most expensive, one last time before spending £140 to purchase it online (as they didn’t even have the size in stock in the end).

Brought a battery from Halfords a year ago and failed me so I went in to branch as it was under warranty the manager Sasha came to test and saw the battery quality was 42% he was very dismissive and rude. Said it’s not under warranty because I don’t drive enough. I drive 4-5 hours a day he was extremely rude when I told him I can’t breakdown with my kids in the car he then said I don’t want to hear your sob story. Please avoid this branch because of the rude manager. I went to another Halfords and got it sorted immediately.

5 days each day rearranging to book flat tyre in London. 5 th time manager Chris made booking and nothing. No one comes. No one calls back. They say ‘sorry, we don’t know’..where is my tyre?
I waste my time 5 days in a row waiting.
I NEED MY TYRE ?

Visited Tottenham Hale branch for a booked free air con service. Carlos and Valentin were so helpful and Valentin, the technician, explained in detail that the issue was with the compressor and not the lack of air con gas.
Great people, very friendly and knowledgeable. So helpful to find a solution to the problem.
