Service with a smile! Staff are amazing especially the young lady on front desk, offered a coffee friendly chat whilst waiting for my car definitely wouldn't go anywhere else always honest, never over charge and believe me you don’t get that in some garages !! First fall of snow on 5th January my car wouldn’t start. Long story short Green Flag took my car and me to Halfords for a new battery.
I was checked in at once and a lovely young lady told me I was next to get my car sorted. Within minutes she was out the door with the equipment to replace the battery and 15 minutes later I was on my way. Brilliant service all staff were friendly and polite and it was a treat to see the ladies out there doing the same jobs as the men.

Happy to help quick in service but I'm not happy that the box my awning came in had been opened by a nosey employee who claimed wanted to know what was in the box, but since barcodes and reading the box took to long they opened it and still didn't have a clue what an awning is. I've notified the checkout girl that if anything is missing it will be coming back. Surely the response you have given would be best handled by a human and not an automated service, so why should I do all the running just to get sorry it won't happen again.

Every member of Staff at the Stockton store were excellent. Very professional and helpful. The Man that had only been there a couple of weeks bent over backwards to get the items I needed and the fitter, Matt was great.

Bought electrical item Code E, chart next to item said price was £2.39 but was charged £2.49. Queried but assistant said she could only charge what scanner said.
