First class service from Chris at Halfords Rotherham on Sunday morning for a battery fitting. A very professional guy, very friendly who clearly knows his way around a car. It was worth the 20 mile journey and I’ll certainly use this store again.

Booked online got into store to be told that nobody was available to repair my windscreen. I was told the online schedule and in store schedule don't always match up. I booked time off work to get it repaired and have lost money due to this fault!!. Had to go back later to get it repaired. Not even sorry and the attitude of the cashier was terrible. Apart from that, the repair was quick and the repair man was polite.

If it wasn’t the bike I was after in the Black Friday deal I would have gone elsewhere. Staff at this Rotherham branch are poor to say the least. Customer service levels are atrocious! Turned up at appointment time to collect bike and told nobody on bikes for another 1.5 hours . The whole place is a shambles. Do not use!!

Bike purchased was easy to order online and collected from local store within 2 days. However very disappointed with size of personalised sticker. Definitely not worth £5.00. Misleading information.

Scot is the Man for your bike repairs gets it done and he respects you and talks about whats best for you and your bike very helpfull guy my bikes in there on every bikes checks just had bottom bracket on 2 diffrnt bikes there perfect plus just had respoke and tune up hes good Man for that anyone want good service go to him tell him ryan sent you haha he Will know who i am seen him Way to many times

Such lovely staff at canklow meadows shop.Adam.Chris shehroz were excellent.
Friendly and great customer service.
I’d highly recommend this store.
Adam was the fitter on my car and he was quick friendly and explained as he did the repair.
My experience was positive well done .

Always come to this branch for replacement lights etc, always a very good service ? I had both number plates pinched one evening, and with a phone call and not much time before the store closed the brilliant and friendly guys at Halfords put me some new plates on the very same day !! Very happy with the service and can't thank you enough!!

Halfords at canklow / Rotherham The manager what is running Halfords is on Bondi joke and the people who run the bike specialist side for the mountain bikes is on bond joke please be aware they will rip you off as quickly as they can. I would personally never use this start again for my mountain bikes to be repaired. One of the Manager disgusting how we speak to customers to The maintenance for the mountain bike side/bikes speak to you and treat you as well. It is disgusting how they can get away with. Customers like they do so my personal opinion, I would look for a better bike shop What do your repairs and your maintenance on your bikes, kids bikes, adult bikes or girls I would recommend you looking for a better company. What can do this product for you? Not recommend, I’m buying anything off the Halfords site itself as there is no Telephone number where you can contact the stars directly and the Customer Service Disgusting how they treat customers ringing in to find out information And be very careful because they rip you off With the labour side and when you come front it with Manager they talk to you like Disgusting towards you they can’t talk to you in a proper way. They just make up a lot of. Stuff they don’t even help to resolve it for you and you have to go directly to store Face-to-face, what is disgusting? They are still got my mountain bike at their premises And I’ve been trying to get it back, but the mountain bike specialist go home Just before I finish work so it can’t be resolved and all you Off the managers, what are there to come back another day when The mountain bike specialist are still working. It’s disgusting. This has been. Me and it needs to be closed down immediately
