Had an amazing experience at Halfords, the gentleman I believed his name from Bryan at netherfield Halfords, fit my new battery and was very kind and helpful! He gave me good advice on preventing my battery going flat again. He also gave me advice on any other issues with my car and what to do if I need support from them again! Cannot highly recommend enough as a young girl who has only been passed a year and unfortunately having my dad pass away this summer it is has put me at ease knowing I can pop in if I have any trouble with my car!

I ordered the wrong car battery online. The customer service agent corrected my error and sourced the correct battery. Battery fitted quickly and efficiently. Polite and friendly staff. Would reccomend the Netherfield team to all. Thank you. John

Had a headlight bulb replaced in just a couple of minutes. Both the counter staff and fitter couldn't have been more helpful. 2nd time I've used this service - excellent!! Couldn't agree less with the previous review.

I went in for window wipers, and the gentleman that served me couldn't of been more helpful and took his time to go and look for them for me. Even though there was a queue forming.
Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but thank you for being so helpful, because customer care has vanished nowadays.
I will definitely be going back to Halfords again.

I've just been into halfords to look for a bike for my daughter and a car stereo.
I head upstairs and there are 2 guys there. One guy is just going round and round on an electric scooter and the other is laughing along with him. I at no point get acknowledged even when I have had 2 different bikes out to look at - there were no other customers there.
So I decide to take a look at the car stereos, mine has broken, so I am looking for a new one soon. There are 2 staff by the counter chatting away, in the past there has been someone there to give me advice, after hanging around for 5-10 mins nobody offers any acknowledgement of me.
I leave, I will spend my money elsewhere, this place resembles more of a youth club than a respectable shop.
Thurs visit around 5:30pm

Tried to buy balance bike inner tube in store, was told they don't stock in-store it's online only.

Then bought it online and paid for inner tube install. As part of this I was asked to book a time slot for fitting, soonest available appointment was in 2 days time. Arrived at time I'd booked to be told the inner tube had not arrived - so it was a second trip to Halfords coming home empty handed.

I paid for a product and service I haven't received. It's an hour round trip for me to Halfords. This is why people just buy stuff on Amazon.
