Excellent dashcam. Small, effective and easy to use. Halfords fitted and were excellent. Wires all perfectly hidden, and hardwired to the car electrics. No need for cigarette lighter plug ins. No damage and no mess. Very, very pleased and impressed. Thank you.

Purchase sale assistant V helpful; especially in relation to Halford gift card entry into system, not 'do-able' online. Delivery into store & collection ready mssge very good & on time as promised. Collection assistant also V helpful. Product appears as spec - on initial charge at present so not fully tested/used as yet but appears OK/fine

Used the system to find a wiper to fit my car using my registration on Halfords web site
That was very easy, bought it and went to fit it but when tried to fit it would not go.

As only outside store went inside and had to pay £6.00 for fitting as I could not understand why it would not fit.

Very pleasant staff at till and man who came out told me it was the wrong wiper. I had to go in get an exchange. I pointed out the web choice and was told its not always that accurate.

The chaps very pleasant and polite and helpful, 5* to them the web part finder, easy of use good, but lack of accurate part makes it useless 2*

Whoever the guy is that fixed my dipped beam light. I didn’t manage to catch your name. You did such an amazing job, and that is customer service that should go unnoticed. Andy fitted batteries to my transit tipper last year at Lakeside depot. He was excellent.

Maurice was amazing! What friendly, knowledgeable and helpful man. He restored my faith in Halfords, after a very disappointing visit to the Portsmouth branch (Frinton Road), where they told me my car battery was fine only two days earlier.
Maurice spotted that the battery was dead, just by the smell of it, but continued to do all the tests and explaining the results to me.
When he got the battery out, it was ridiculously hot, bulging at the back and had started leaking!
This man deserves a pay rise!

Excellent service received from Sharon at Halfords Lakeside. Ordered a electric coolbox online. She had it ready for collection in 30 minutes. Even helped me find a mains adaptor for it.

I picked up my bike today from the lakeside store and was served by a lovely young guy called Rob. He was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me take my bike down the stairs unlike one of the older guys from the previous week. I had to struggle on my own, no help whatsoever. But Rob was very nice and polite. He is definitely an asset to your team!
