I had a new battery fitted at the Hanley branch. The member of staff who fitted the battery was very friendly and efficient. I’m pleased that I used Halford’s to fit the battery, as I didn’t know that there was a battery re-set function on the BMW, which needed to be activated.

I needed a new battery and fitting. I entered the store and the young lady took a few details and explained the options to me and then immediately we went outside and she fitted it to my car quickly and efficiently. Great service.

I would like to commend the service at Halfords Hanley and particularly Louis.

Absolute service as it should and went above and beyond.

Rocked up at 19:45, 15 mins before closing, having just found out one of my headlights had blown. Vehicle couldn't be found on the in-store self help touchscreen so I asked for assistance.

Turns out this was not Halfords system, myself and Louis, the advisor searching the internet couldn't find out what bulb was required and the car had lost its handbook long ago.

No trouble at all, Louis was outside under the bonnet fast in the dark and pouring rain to find out, quickly coming back out with the right bulb and fitted in 5 minutes. All whilst chatting to me about my holiday destination and his experience in Portugal too!

Well done Louis and Halfords for the amazing service.

I visited the halford store yesterday in order to pick up a replacement bulb for my car and Gemma helped me on the main desk, she’s was super friendly, helpful and a real credit to the team.

I opted to have the bulb fitted as I wasn’t familiar with how to install it myself, she was quick and efficient and mentioned her love of vehicles and I was impressed how knowledgeable she was!

Please look after Gemma she’s an awesome member of staff and deserves anything extra she can receive!

First time I came to get my battery changed it was so quick and the guy was lovely and helpful. The second time - they Took the mick coming out to sort my car but were sorting out other people who had come 20 minutes after me. bad customer service

I went here today to get a new bulb fitted on my car. Louis at this Halfords (Festival Park) fixed the bulb in about 4 minutes right in front of us and he was so friendly. Would 100% recommend. Thank you for the quick and fairly priced service 🙂

Very helpful and polite in store,also the same can be said for the customer service online help. Recently had an issue with an online transaction but it got rectified professionally and swiftly. Shopped at halfords for years for different bits and bobs and will continue to do so.
