Excellent service. The young man who fitted my wiper blades and new light bulbs was very helpful. I asked for advice on a brighter replacement bulb for my van and he explained the different light bulbs and I got the best price using my trade card.

Had my battery changed today. Big shout out to Tyler. He was so helpful and nothing too much trouble at all. He explained the options with my battery. He helped me buy the correct oil, coolant and screen wash. Very pleasant, helpful and informative young man and you deserve recognition for this. overall experience I cannot fault. Ordered and paid for battery online and served straight away. Will definitely use this service again. Tyler helped me with the oil and coolant and informed me how much was left and how much I needed to top both up. Thank you. Your help was very much appreciated.

Once again I got rubbish service. After the last debacle I thought I’d pop to the counter to let them know I’d like a bulb changing. The man there said ok so I waited in the car. 25 minutes later and after knocking on the door and ringing the bell someone finally came out. The man who served me was very nice and was quick at sorting the bulb but honestly the customer service at this place needs sorting. If I had another place to get things like this done on the same day I’d use someone else!

Bike Repair - Just had my Boardman bike repaired by Mike and team. Including new Chain set and chain, gear cable replacement and spoke repair. Took it out for a long 3/4 hr ride and it is riding like it was when I first purchased it 18 months ago. The gear set up by whoever did the work is brilliant. Thanks and well done.

Great customer service. The guy on the tills at 11.53 today (receipt says ryan) was so helpful. Made sure they were the right wipers for my car and even saved me £5 by signing up to the motoring club. Really pleased, thank you
