Ordered a new car battery and fitting on line. Very easy process. Was early arriving for fitting but this wasn’t a problem .Matty was very helpful. He explained everything I needed to know including car couldn’t be driven for four hours after fitting.
On returning to pick car up Matty and Phil were incredibly helpful. I have had dealings with Phil on previous occasions and he demonstrates excellent customer service,10/10 again for Halfords Cramlington.

I needed a new front number plate in a hurry which I ordered and paid for on Halfords online service including fitting (which was great). Stated it would be ready within the hour(again.. Great service). I took my car in the pouring rain but no parking available outside the store so had to park as near as I could. After showing my documents a fantastic employee called Matty gather his equipment and came to my car to fit my new plate. The old fitting were rusty and took some effort to removed but nothing was a bother for Matty. Even though he was getting soaked he carried on with his job and super friendly banner. Tried holding a brolley over him but the high winds made short work of that. Matty you were a super star and I'm so grateful for all your efforts. Great job you did in awful conditions. Well done Halfords Matty is a credit to your business. Thank you.

I bought a bike from the Cramlington store as a Christmas present for my son. We noticed that after a couple of days the rear brake had gone soft. I called into the branch on Friday afternoon to ask if this would be covered under warranty. The lad who served me said that it should be but he would have to assess the bike first. I arranged to drop the bike off on Saturday morning. After a change of circumstances I went to the branch on Friday night to see if I could leave the bike. It was the same lad I had dealt with in the afternoon. He said no problem and told me to bring the bike in. He did the assessment straight away and confirmed that a rubber seal was missing from the fluid reservoir on the brake lever. He asked if I could leave the bike and it should be ready by midday on Saturday. I got a phone call at around 7pm on Friday night to say the bike was fixed. Absolutely fantastic customer service from the lad I couldn’t be happier. He also gave me advice on a tyre pump and valve adapter which I purchased on Saturday when I collected the bike. Very professional service that I would highly recommend.

Guy n the till was very helpful and friendly. The other guy who fitted the bulbs for me was so helpful too. He went above and beyond. He helped me get out of the space I awkwardly parked it. He made sure I got away safely. Overall an excellent experience at this store.

The Cramlington Manor Walks branch is amazing. The lads are always so patient and helpful, even on one or two occasions where I wasn’t even in to buy anything but had some technical problems while travelling by on my bike - they were still happy to help sort it out.

Recently got my bike repaired and serviced and as always, the lads - I believe their names are Mark and Matthew - did a great job. It rides smooth as butter and they even kept the price reasonable for me. Hands down the best Halfords branch, far superior in expertise and customer service than any of the other Halfords I’ve visited. It’s become my go-to place. ?

Dead easy. Put reg. number in, chose the bulbs I wanted fitting and booked an appointment. Turned up a bit early and the 2 headlamp bulbs were fitted within 10 minutes. I thought the price was reasonable and perhaps I could have fitted them myself but on a wet and windy day, do I really want to be fiddling with my car?
