Went to buy a Carrera Bike and the staff at the time, Carl was very helpful. Answered all my questions with patience and gave proper suggestions. The bike made a rattling sound from the gear as I rode out so I went back and Carl was quick to look into it and fix it for me.

I came in this evening to get bulbs and wipers. Amy was very knowledgeable on Halfords services and advised us on the motor club subscription, which we did take out.
James fitted the bulbs for me he was fast and efficient and showed me how well the bulb I brought worked in comparison to my old ones.
Both members of staff were extremely friendly, knew their products and made me feel welcome as a customer. They are the reason Halfords gets a 5 ? review ?

My 30 years of custom was rewarded this Christmas eve with a £60 fine for having the audacity to park in the car park for 16 minutes while I collected my children's Christmas presents.

After visiting the Coalville store on the 2/11/24 I received a parking charge as I did not sign in my vehicle reg on entering the store.
I went back to the store to protest this charge and was told they have had other customers complaining about this and after talking to Chris the Deputy Manager and giving him details of the fine was assured they would contact TPS to cancel the parking charge. That is great and thanks Chris but was then told I will not be receiving any confirmation that the parking charge has been cancelled which is worrying, is there anyway this can be confirmed?
Before all this happened it has always been a pleasurable visit to my local Halfords but now I am not so sure.

Went to get my brake lights changed. Didn’t have to wait very long and then James changed them for me. He was brilliant, very chatty and friendly whilst he did the work, checked that they worked correctly when he had finished and off I went. Great service.

Manny was brilliant, he was very accomodating and knowledgeable. He found the problem quickly and gave me some great advice. I felt very looked after and am very confident in his work. He was very friendly and approachable. He did a great job. Well done Manny.

A good store in general but some stock is quite low, such as wing mirror glass, but overall a usual Halfords with most motoring essentials.

Careful of the new parking rules though!
