Jon was exceptionally knowledgeable, quickly answering all my questions about the installation process and the features of the dash cam. They are always helpful and customer orientated. Even when they can't do a task you ask them, for example the fitter wasn't allowed to top my coolant level up, the information is given in a polite and resonable manner. They are a good team and an excellent example of what a cohesive team should be.

I went to buy a dash cam and hard wire kit, the staff member asked if I wanted it done that day and as we were going to the cinema he said it would all be fitted before we came out. First class job done expertly for a reasonable price. Can’t beat that.

Went to look at the electric folding bikes and was helped by a wonderful sales person, Penny. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to try out several bikes, riding (carefully) around the store. Penny really went the extra mile to make sure we got the bike we needed. The bike we chose was in stock and so was built that day for collection in the afternoon.
So would strongly recommend Halfords Braintree.

As always Halfords of Braintree do a great service. Removing my existing Dash cam that they originally fitted and refitting it in my new car was done quickly and efficiently. It was the same gentleman every time. Highly recommended. 5 stars

Unusual approach. On arrival for booked and paid-for new battery fitment was told it could take an hour. When I questioned it, was told maybe 45 minutes.

The very obliging fitter who changed the battery for me did the job start to finish in just fifteen minutes. Good price too.
