John at Halfords was super helpful with a recent flat tire I had on my bike. He was super quick and even pointed out a couple little issues that he was able to help me with on the spot. His care and attention to my bike was appreciated. The cycling team here are amazing and so knowledgeable, highly recommend!

I highly recommend the service and expertise here. John was absolutely brilliant. I went in to get a puncture fixed and I’m so glad I did because without me asking, he throughly checked my bike and realised it wasn’t safe! When he showed me I could absolutely see the problem and I’m so grateful that he made sure it was road worthy. John also noted that it was only the tube, not the tire that needed fixing. I appreciated his honesty, knowledge, calm and friendly manner and will be recommending Halfords Balham!

Visited Halfords Balham yesterday needing some oil for my car. Kyle was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond helping me top up the oil and giving me useful tips. We went to the Balham branch to look for a bike for our son. It was fairly busy but a lovely man called Nelson helped us. He was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy at all, we ended up putting a deposit down as he got us such a good deal. My son has ADHD and can sometimes become overwhelmed but Nelson explained everything to my son to assure him that the seat would be exactly how he wants it! I would definitely recommend asking for Nelson if you want 5⭐️ service!

There seems to be fewer and fewer branches of Halfords around these days. Good and helpful service, reasonable prices. I was surprised to discover bike inner tubes cheaper in-store, than online prices.
