Golden Motor has been a crucial part of my e-bike conversion experience.

Knowing nothing about e-bike batteries, I reached out to the sales staff to ask questions. They were quick to respond, and helped me in my decision to purchase a battery (Molicel 72v 21ah w/ 140a bms).

Being new to this, I did not know that the battery would have a different power connector than my CYC X1 Pro Gen4, which I had already purchased directly through CYC. I was able to ship the unit to these guys, and they soldered the new connector onto the motor.

Everyone I spoke to was kind and patient. They were always quick to respond, and I received my parts within a very short amount of time.

P.S. - You guys were right. That 140a discharge packs a PUNCH!

After a LOT of research and comparing prices and going back and forth I finally decided to pull the trigger and order the cyc x1 pro gen4 complete conversion kit with the 72v 21Ah battery from Golden Motor North America and In all honesty I could not be happier with the conversion kit and the entire experience!!! This was a big purchase for me because I’m VERY into E-bikes and I wanted a kit I would really enjoy and that’s EXACTLY what I got with the x1 pro gen4 and the battery I got from golden motor!! The customer service was top shelf in my experience all the way through from the time I emailed them with a couple questions before I even placed the order to the very end when I got my conversion done yesterday. They were always there to answer questions, I felt really good about the purchase the entire way through and for me customer service is just as important as the product I’m purchasing especially for something like an e-bike conversion. I ordered my kit and it arrived way faster than I expected, packaged really well and I seriously could not be happier with the battery and the cyc x1 pro gen4. Everything was exactly as it was supposed to be on the website and speaking of the website, it made ordering really easy and they have tons of YouTube videos to help with the install even. Then after I ordered, I received email updates to let me know when my order was processed, shipped and tracking info, then after it was delivered, I was emailed to make sure I was satisfied and to let them know if I have any questions. The little stuff like that really matters to me because when I’m spending money I want to know the company is taking my order seriously and that’s exactly what I got from Golden motor. I even called once and they IMMEDIATELY called me right back and apologized for missing the call in the first place, what customer service department do you know who actually does that? lol not one I’ve ever experienced until golden motor. Again I can’t say enough good things about my buying experience through them…. the before, during and after sale customer service I got was top shelf!! Anything I order in the future will be from Golden Motor no question. I just really appreciate how they do business because I’ve had some bad experiences in the past and it’s really frustrating when you spend your hard earned money with a company and then feel like you made a mistake, so again I’m super happy I decided on Golden Motor!!!! Thanks guys I really appreciate it!!!

This is my first experience working on a bike in any real capacity, let alone doing an e-bike conversion. I purchased the CYC Photon and had to wait for awhile to actually put everything together. When I finally went to assemble everything I realized one of the boxes was likely tossed out.

I was able to reach out to Golden Motor to help consolidate some new orders I placed as I was figuring out what parts I was missing. They were incredibly responsive (especially as it was after hours) and patient, and helped me get everything I need. I'll definitely be buying all my E-Bike equipment from them and am excited to join the community!

I had to download app from Canada. Once I figured it out it works flawlessly. I have an android. Phone doesn't like downloading stuff not from Google play. Have to go in setting & enable it to download. Go on YouTube. Works great!. Love this motor it is so torkey !

Have not been a customer of Golden Motors yet, but reached out for help to correct a firmware issue with my BBHSD . Not only did Golden Motor reply,but did so very promply, and solved my problem. Helping someone that has not even done business with them speaks volumes to me. Golden Motor has impressed the heck out of me.
