We purchased a mini quad for my little boy for Christmas. We ordered this mid November to ensure we had it ready for Christmas. The whole service from fun bikes has been amazing, the delivery guy was super helpful and a couple of time I had some queries and all was dealt with efficiently. I have one very happy boy, thank you.

UPDATE - 10 January and still no response to my complaint

If I could give less I would. I ordered an Amped A20 bike on 22 September and it was being held under their 'Christmas Club' with delivery guaranteed in time for Christmas. After A LOT of telephone calls, I was finally told my order was water damaged. I don't believe this to be true. The bike is out of stock everywhere so my options were a full refund or I pay £200 extra for the pro!! Given the additional cost, I had no option but to request a refund. As the bike is out of stock everywhere, I will have one very disappointed boy on Christmas Day. I put a complaint in on Sunday 15 December (now 19 December) and I still haven't received any response. Very poor customer service. I don't think they have even apologised yet. I think they should have offered the alternative at no cost given the delivery was guaranteed for Christmas, so they are in breach of Contract. When I pointed this out the guy on the phone said he could terminate my Contract by giving a refund! No doubt they will say they can't locate my order - that seems to be a running theme with any bad review....

Elliot the delivery driver today was very very polite helpful and even rang me a couple hours before to give me a ETA! He helped me lift the parcel into the house made sure I was 100% happy with where it was before he left. Excellent customer service and a brilliant personality.

Utterly appalling customer service- shameful

I bought the petrol cc110 for son for Christmas - kept it boxed and hidden for obvious reasons - opened it up on 22/12/24 to set up ready for Christmas Day.

In short their customer services are either liars or incompetents or both.

1. Their technical help line is a con - I was held third in a queue and each time they just cut me off - 14 calls before i spoke to a human who told me a technician would call me - naturally this did not happen

2. I was asked to send a video of the issues to a WhatsApp- we did - in detail

3. Was told video had been sent to technicians

4. The technician then mailed me to say I had not sent the video from the number that bought the bike so they would not do anything

- bottom line my amazing father in law - retired pilot - went through the electrics - the front junction boxes 3 had not been connected - shameful

I’m conflicted - great product now it works - lousy experience on the service side

My advice is ride them hard if you have issues and be relentless - awful experience

My boy loves the quad but is oblivious to the pain I endured

Avoid at all costs! I ordered a slide of fun bikes on 18/11/24 to be held in their 'Christmas club' delivery commencing 1st week in Dec. My delivery didn't arrive until 20th December (after chasing its whereabouts twice prior)
The delivery driver Dan arrived with just the green slide no metal framework or ladder for said slide.
He rang customer services from my driveway and explained the situation, he assured me that they were going to send out the missing part of the delivery (the metal framework) via DPD and it would arrive on Monday 23rd December.

I rang and spoke to customer services at
9am 23/12/24 as i has no correspondence from them or DPD regarding my delivery.

This is where the true issues began, their customer service phone number has clearly been outsourced to a call centre located out of the UK. It took me several attempts to get through, when i eventually did contact an agent the customer service team then proceeded to lie to me throughout the day. I was told people were 'looking into the delivery' that they were 'waiting on the delivery team to contact them' and so on. I was assured that the ladder would definitely be here before Christmas.
Upon my seventh phone call on the 23rd of December, I was told that because I had sent my email 'too late' I had missed the last postage for next day delivery. I had sent said email at 11:30am that morning whilst on the phone with a customer services representative.
There has been no sincere apology from Fun-Bikes or appreciation for the fact that this item was a Christmas present for young 'Father Christmas believing' children.

I'm sharing this review as I think it's important to highlight issues particularly regarding Christmas delivery as when I ordered in November the trust pilot and Google reviews were all positive. If you look at Google reviews dated 20th December '24 onwards you will see that there is many other the customers who have received a similar experience to myself.

I have still not received a refund, the slide has been collected today again after several attempts to claim my refund.

This company is an absolute joke. You can't speak to the actual shop, 3 days lost wages now waiting for " confirmed " collection, and still no courier, their "customer services" aren't even in England, I'm being messed about daily, 10 weeks I've been chasing this return and refund, I pray I don't have to visit the actual store

You want a ticket number? There's no confusion , you're a crap company with crap customer services, I want my money back, I don't ever want to deal with this company again, I'll be going through small claims court with all the evidence if I don't have a refund by Friday

Chris Kilgallon delivered a big heavy item for me, unfortunately I wasn’t in when he was due to deliver it. I asked him to leave the parcel & he contacted me quickly about it and explained the protocol and it was sorted and delivered within 10 minutes. He was so helpful and I’m very grateful that he was able to help me & it wasn’t an issue for him at all. Great guy! Thank you Chris

Brilliant service, was able to track my delivery all day as I was working. Driver called 30 mins before he arrived and waited till I arrived. Driver polite and helpful just what you need before these busy times!
