I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I worked with Tommy who specializes in Corvettes on trading my 2019 C7 Corvette in for a 2024 C8 convertible. Luis also helped me out with setting up the car, showing me the car and letting me take it for a spin. Everyone at this dealership was super nice and I definitely felt at ease being there. Eric was my finance guy and overall, I was very happy with the numbers as they definitely worked out a deal I was comfortable with. Hector, the sales and finance director also introduced himself and made sure everything ran smoothly and for that I was definitely thrilled with how everything worked out. Pictures below because the smile on my face speaks for itself. I buy a lot of cars so I will definitely come back here. Oh, and Tommy was 100% right I was a little nervous about trading in my car and not liking the new car and he said “it’s a Corvette what’s there not to like?” As I was driving home, I knew that statement was true and I’m very happy with my purchase.

The people at this dealership are incredible. Today, I went to service for my first oil change. I didn't pay a penny! I want to recognize four key people at this dealership.

Jeremy, my service advisor, is awesome. He takes my calls and texts with me as often as I like. Thank you, JEREMY!

BERNARD, my other service advisor, is also... You guessed it.. awesome! He filled in for me when Jeremy was off today, and he is good with the customers, and addressed all my needs and more!

Then we have my FINANCE MANGER, RON WHITING. As you know, finance dudes are the "gatekeepers," and well,.. they made my dream come true with this camaro RACE CAR.!

Last one, but also awesome - CODY in sales! This guy is just sharp as a razor and will pick you out an awesome automobile. He has good taste and knows what he's talking about, 100%.

Terrible experience. Got my truck serviced like I normally do and they pulled my truck out front and it was pouring oil from underneath created a large puddle in the parking lot. The oil filter was not put on correctly and lost 6 quarts of oil right out front of Ferman in your parking lot. I then still got charged for the oil change and luckily noticed that I had been charged for labor on changing my transmission fluid, which never was done, but was able to get that refunded after I pointed it out. On top of this, I get in my truck and steering wheel, console and door are covered in oil to the point where I need to take my truck somewhere to get it professionally cleaned. Very disappointing experience. My dad takes his truck here as well and we will not be back. No one offered to refund the service. On top of this, this was a Monday morning and I missed the first couple hours of work. No one offered somewhere to sit and wait or a glass of water as I literally stood on the curb for 2 hours. I have pictures, videos and receipts to prove everything stated above. I never leave reviews but this experience left me speechless.

I had a great experience at Ferman Chevrolet, the best of any dealership I have ever been to. The attention to detail, kindness and willingness to help was outstanding. Becca was my sales associates and not only did she really make sure I got what I wanted but she was extremely personable and made me feel like family. Hector the sales manager was able to work with me and give me the best deal. i drove fours to this dealership and I have no regrets. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next car. 10/10!

Ferman Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Our Salesman Mohammad was an absolute Rock Star, taking care of the process from start to finish. When he says he was going to do something it was done! We love our certified used vehicle. We visited several other dealers turned off by poor customer service, cars that were in disrepair and unclear prices and superfluous fees. Ferman does it right, solid sales process, clear pricing, carfax checked vehicles that are actually reconditioned and made like new, sold with warranty included and actual price of mind. Nothing about our interaction with Ferman Chevy was stressful, just a great dealer that offers a great experience.
