And they have a full service shop, so they will do all your repairs the second you walk in the door, they know how to treat a customer right…..

I’m going back there again all the way from Boston to buy my next electric scooter. That’s how impressed I am with this shop.

I bought my first e-bike and it was delivered to me on Christmas Day. I love it and I was able to get a kids seat for the back of the bike off market place on Christmas Day so my son could also ride with me. I am happy I found this place and the service is amazing. I was searching for a specific scooter that is hard to find. I wound up finding it at Epic E Rides. Problem was, I live in California and needed to scooter by a certain date. Fari (owner) worked with me endlessly to get the scooter sent out so it would meet me in San Francisco. Honestly, Fari went over and above to get this done for me and I’m endlessly grateful.
