Just to add to my wife Gwen's review. The little assembly required was so easy and took no time at all to get moving. We have tried multiple basket/bike combinations to get our dog, Dolly to join the e-travel revolution with no success as she is uncomfortable with the sideways motion of a bike. We have finally cracked it with the Veloz tricycle supplied by Eozzie. We have created a cover frame from water pipe to keep the QLD sun off Dolly's head. We now have the first electric, dog tuk tuk, in the area.?

Just bought my first scooter from here. The process was very easier, the salesman gave a great recommendation and helped me choose out the right gear. Great communication and excellent service. Would recommend to any first buyers, come in and have a chat to the team!

Let me be straight up and honest these guys are quick to take your money and when it comes for a warranty claim they will try and put it on U say that U stuffed up the scooter they sold me a scooter after 9 m the battery had issues so I took it back to them mind you they dnt make the battery that suits my scooter anymore so he sold me a scooter were there is no parts available so they put the next size up battery in it which did not fit the moved a few things ripped out the battery box put the new battery in it mind U it took 7 weeks for them to do this by rights I should of gotten a new scooter or a refund all this under warranty anyway I get home and I noticed all the wiring is exposed and the battery wasn't bolted down and the indicators were back to front they devalued my scooter they stuffed it up I took picture and sent them to the CEO who makes my scooter and what a top bloke send me out the bolts the bracket for the controlers and a wiring box and a template so I can fix it like how the manufacturer recommends they put my life in danger I am out of pocket 350 for the parts. Were they should of fixed it right in the first place especially when it's under warranty there mechanics wouldn't have a clue they playing with ppls life's they had more than enough time to repair it correctly I do not recommend dealing with these ppl imy charger still making noise looks like I'll be out of pocket again the front suspension leakiñg I told them all this and I am out of pocket again and they say that that are professional what a joke also I have noticed these guys are selling my second hand damaged battery fo as a brand new battery where I personally know and I can put you on to the manufacture they do not make that battery anymore if they did I would have not waited seven weeks to get the upside battery for me scooter so they are selling the batteries they took out of my scooter they must have repaird it and they are selling it as a brand new battery while it's not it's second hand it's done 12,000 kilometers I do not recommend buying anything from these guys they are very dodgy how can you sell a second hand battery that was faulty and replaced and now there selling that battery also the frame has snapped I just got out of hospital I injured myself bad plz do not buy anything from these ppl ur lifeis more important

Happy with my purchase. competitive price. the only reason why I won't give 5 stars is because my bike (blue) came in a box that says black. good experience with the bike so far, hopefully stays that way.

Aldo, is the man you want to speak to, product knowledge, helpfulness, and gives you the customer plenty of time.As for me I've been looking for an electric bike for sometime now, finally pulled the trigger on the.
EL HEFE 2024, as per advice given by Aldo, well what a bike it is .arrived safely by courier I'm in Victoria so shipping directly out of Sydney was no problem, even though there is a Melbourne store, I still found it easier to deal directly with Aldo in Sydney.
The El HEFE ,was easy to assemble, with everything packed securely.
Solid in construction its a heavier bike than I expected, but yet so easy to ride, it smashes up hills so easy, it's a great cruiser of a bike, when you want to let it off the chain, engage both electric motors and click it up into high gear, it marches along, I'm so happy that I've gone with this bike, one word of warning. If you are going to leave it outside a shop, double lock it . The el hefe creates a bit of attention.

This scooter shop is the worst scooter shop in Melbourne the customer service was horrible and they are liars let me tell you so I brought my scooter 20 January for my birthday everything went well thought it was good it was 4 months later needed a service so I used my 6 months free service prior to this my breaks were not working completely so i fixed it also the charger started making weird noises so I plugged in then I unplugged it and plugged it back in then it made loud bang and then it started sparking so I turned off and didn’t plug it back in anyways, we took it back to the store at this point it was only the breaks and charger and they said I tried to cut my own charger like why would I do something like that and they said we have to pay 300 for breaks and charger and and I said I’m not paying for a charger what blew up and nearly electrocuted I have only had the scooter for 5 months and it’s only been a week and a half for the breaks so are you going to fix it they said no unless you pay the money so we are still trying to get them to replace the charger and fix the breaks anyways i made them open up the charger and it was all black like i might be dumb but you can tell the was power running through that charger and creating sparks so they said we can’t fix oh also when we came back to get the scooter after they said they were not fixing it on the phone they also said I had a puncture tyre and I know god dam well I did not have that when I brought it in so they were trying to charge me For the brakes, the charger and the tire what they put a puncture in so when I went in the store I was frustrated and I tried to call up a few days later and They said I was banned eozzie for being aggressive I was frustrated because I came in for a Faulty charger and brakes and they put a Puncture in The tire, so I got the scooter and I stormed out I would never go to this place again worst scooter shop in Australia also, I forgot to add I only used the front port Of the charger And there’s all this yellow stuff around it and the black stand thing at the back Of the deck snapped in half and my son is only Kilos like he does not Reach The weight limit at all so I wouldn’t recommend this place Unless you want to get scammed and ripped off

2600~km on the odometer and still going. This scooter from Eozzie is 100% the best value for money scooter you can buy on the market right now.

The VELOZ X2 has taken me to so many places. Along the beach at St Kilda to simply just going to work everyday.

Out of the box I recommend just changing the tyres from the factory ones to the PMT E-Fire's 10x3 italian rubber. It lets you go crazy banking angles! (See video I attached).

Overall I don't regret spending good money for such a good scooter. What you get:

- 30km range on full power. Could go for longer with more conservative driving. But do you really wanna drive like a turtle when this thing can do so much more?

- 55-60kmh top speed. I recommend buying the highest capacity battery model. I bought the smaller capacity one due to budget restraints, but I wish I bought the bigger one just because.

- rear mudguard.

- Hydraulic brakes. For this price point these are probably the best brakes on the market.

- easy to use stem clamp. For me I use a rubber mallet to really seal it in.

Overall, the price to performance ratio on this model is pretty hard to beat. It's such a good entry point to the world of scooter riding.
