Went in looking for a good pair of walking shoes with some specific needs, having no idea what I wanted/needed. Thankfully Darren helped me out and he really knows his stuff and his customer service is 11/10!!! Thank you Darren you were immensely helpful and your attention is detail is amazing, for sure will be coming back to see you for my next pair!

HURRICANE Price Gouging! Taking care of my 83 year old mother in law during Hurricane Milton. Thinking ahead about losing power, I buy a Blackstone Grill ($199.99) & 6 small propane bottles. We lost power for about 16 hours but didn’t need to use the grill. All Unopened & unused, I drove them back for return. The cashier, Brody, (who was just doing his job) informed me that the manager saw me walking in & that the propane could not be returned. There was NO notification when I bought the propane that it wasn’t returnable. No signage, nothing. This is $45 of propane that I have absolutely no use for. I know legally they included a disclaimer on the back of the receipt that gets them off the hook, but it also says you can receive a refund if you have a receipt. I saw a woman at the WaWa today gift another woman a bag of ice, they hugged afterwards. THAT is how we should be treating each other during a natural disaster, NOT LIKE DICK’S! I will never shop there again.

Online store truly sucks shipmet took a long time and bought two things one arrived Saturday and the other supposedly Tuesday the shoes didnt even come in the original box kind of a joke.

Went to this store this am in anticipation of getting the new Adidas Messi Samba. There seemed to be a communication issue with what I heard on the phone yesterday. I don't drive and took my wheelchair down there this morning only to find out they do not have the shoe. I felt like I wasted my morning. But Mitchell (I hope that's his name I lost the paper) made everything all good and I left happy. We all make mistakes. I will be a return customer for sure. My shoes arrive tomorrow. Thanks you

I came looking for running shoes because I had recently bought a pair online and they were very uncomfortable for me. I was lucky to run into Darren who's the store's running shoes expert. He immediately noticed that the shoes I had were the wrong category for my feet. He then went on to expertly explain the different categories of shoes and the ones that were right for my feet condition. After trying many different shoes I came to find the right pair for me. I've had them for a bit now and I'm very happy with them. I was worried about not being able to return them if they're not in new condition, but they ended up being the right shoes for me so that wasn't a problem. Thank you Darren for your great service and help, it is appreciated and not taken for granted!
