First stay at this hotel. My partner and I live in the city and wanted a date night where we could swim, use a hot tub etc. Came down at 9:15 for breakfast and was told we couldn't order because the cook had to leave early. Went to use pool/spa. Pool was dirty and the spa was ice cold, was told by the front desk it's broken. And the water in the shower in the rooms also doesn't get hot at all. Not a horrible stay but completely disappointing for what WE were staying for and absolutely a rip off considering we paid $180 for a room and weren't able to enjoy any amenities. We weren't traveling this was supposed to be a fun get away night for us and ended up being a giant waste of money. If amenities aren't functional it should be disclosed at booking. We never would have stayed here had known. To top it all off our car was parked directly in front of the entrance and the windows were busted out in the middle of the night. Hotel staff told us they couldn't help us and when the police came out earlier in the morning to file the report, no one from hotel staff bothered to let us know our car had been damaged. Never again. Worst hotel stay of my life

We've traveled a great deal recently and this was one of our best stays! Our suite was very clean, comfortable, and spacious! Every member of the staff (front desk - Paige, breakfast - Diane, cleaning ladies, maintenance) were so kind, helpful, and professional! It was so nice to have coffee in our rooms, as well as enjoy coffee in the lobby at any time! In addition, it was nice to meet up with friends in the lobby for drinks and snacks!

This hotel was a nice surprise. There are a lot of choices nearby.

For the price, the room was a good sized suite with a king bed, a separate seating area and large bath.

The room furnishings are a bit dated and tattered: lampshades are worn, two lamps were broken and there are a fair amount of nicks.

That being said, the shower was terrific and the bath towels were several notches above standard hotel towels. They were plush, soft and large.

The mattress was good, bed sheets and covers were great.

Service was good. Everyone was friendly.

We would definitely come back here.

Very large rooms with double Queens and two TVs. My friend and I enjoyed having all that space. I even had space to lay down my yoga mat in the morning. The beds were average in terms of comfort. I can tell that they've worked on improving and modernizing but there is still some evidence of it having been around for a long time.

My experience was great. The rooms and atmosphere was great. We ate the bar, food and service was great. However, I walked out and left my butterfly diamond earrings in the room. My boyfriend called management, they called him back to say they found them on the night stand where I left them...whew I was happy. This is the set that was taken off my daughter when she passed. So to get there and be handed studs is insane. I had butterfly earrings that went with the necklace I have around my neck. We have called left messages no response. I really need those earrings back. I'm losing sleep behind this. My daughter passed a year ago this is sentimental to me.

This is a very clean hotel, with two working chargers at the back of the building. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Rooms were well laid out and had everything we needed. My only complaint was that breakfast wasn’t included and the morning menu seemed a little pricey for what you received. We would return.

Dondra was the best! She went out of her way to get milk for my son that was not offered at the hotel concierge service. She made sure we had a quiet and comfortable space in the lobby while we spent time at the bar. Dondra was the best and has such amazing customer service skills. Will come back again.

Dirty room, splatters on the wall, couch has white stains all over it, hair folded into bath towels. Bathroom sink doesn’t drain. At least 3 cars broken into and there’s still glass all over the parking lot. Somehow the fixtures and furniture appear to be 10x older than the actual hotel, I’m convinced there’s some mega warehouse in the country that sells 75 year old busted up furniture to brand new hotels so they can save money.
