Within five minutes of walking into their building, I was greeted by friendly customer service and salespeople. This dealership does not have high-pressure salespeople like many motorcycle shops. They go out of their way to ensure your visit with them is positive, and you go away wanting to return for your next motorcycle or motorcycle accessory purchase. Ask Powersports service center is phenomenal! Adam (the service manager) and his crew take great pride in taking care of your motorcycles (and other RVs) as if they were their own! Their service/maintenance prices are very reasonable (one of the BEST around town), and they get you out the door and back on the road (or water) quickly! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a recreational vehicle (including boats)... they are also one of the BEST Can_Am dealerships and service people in Columbus, Ohio! I am a customer for life! You guys are the best!

I have purchased many bikes here in the past, my most recent purchases all went smooth as usual. They had the bike in the color I wanted in stock. Only bad thing is no test drives to see if I even like it before buying. If that was different I would give 5 stars for sure. I understand why they don't but also I think it hurts the customers to not able to test ride a big purchase.

As soon as we walked in a staff immediately greeted us and assisted us and answered all our inquiries, we were just looking for an animal side by side and yamaha looks like a great animal brand. Place looks neat and all the vehicles are neatly arranged and organized. They have like a small store for some small stuff like helmets and gadgets etc. They also have harley davidson. They almost have a wide range of choices from kids 4 wheels, atv, utv, maverick, dirt bike, scooter, buggy bike/ride, jet ski, yamaha, go kart and many more. A must visit place for sports vehicles.

I give one star cause I can’t give 0 they sold me a prototype 4 wheeler and they swore by it it was my sons first 4 wheeler it’s had some issues and I take it to them to fix and they said they don’t make parts for it so pretty much I just have a 4 wheeler I can’t do nothing with

I would recommend Ask Powersports to anyone. I've always had a good experience with them and will continue to buy bikes from Ask until I can't ride any longer. The entire staff have always been professional. Thanks Patty for always giving me and my family A1 service.

They are not very good in any way. I hate leaving bad reviews, but they have nothing very good to say about em that i can think of. The inventory is pretty good, but with no prices listed on many of the vehicles. I dont see them being in business much longer. I get the feeling that they are getting ready to close down. I would never go there again for any reason. I am assuming the owner has no idea what is going on in the store. It has very very bad management from the short experience i have had there.

Stoped in to look around today and very unimpressed. From the outside this place looks abandoned and run down and staff there were not at all interested to be there either.
