Very pleased with my experience at Argos today. Rania and Aisha were very helpful and polite. They went above and beyond to help with my query. Things weren’t going well for me but they did everything to ensure I left happy and satisfied. A credit to Argos cannot fault them at all. Customer service 10/10 !!

I bought a child seat from here. I didn't like it because it couldn't be used the next day and I wanted to return it. They told me to use it and bring it back if there was a problem. I went back a week later and said I wanted to return or exchange the child seat. They said I couldn't exchange it because I used it. I told them what your employee said. No matter how hard I tried, they wouldn't accept an exchange or return. That's why I'm giving it 1 star

Bought a Razer edge online and went to collect it but the in-store item was a used one.the store manager very kindly asked to get a brand new unit next day collected which they did and also gifted a 10 percent discount. Rania was super helpful in the whole process.
