I have been a loyal customer to this Argos and many other branches, but the service I received today was unacceptable.

I bought an iPad and Airpods from this store
There was a fault in the Airpods and I intended to return it.
Emma claimed that she is the store manager refused to return it and charged me that is not the original box, and start shouting and asked us to get out of the store rudely.
I recorded the conversation to give it to the complaints team.
I recommend you to avoid this store as you will receive very bad service.
I would just would like to confirm that I returned the airpods in a different branch without any trouble.
If there was a zero-star option I would use that.

Never worked here, but popped in back in 2004 to help someone pick up a delivery. On a second note. Ireland need to reopen a HQ in Dublin. So I can bring back all the mould Chipwood furniture that got soiled in Ireland inadequate housing. Asbestos walls and electrical installation in old oil burner houses don't mix. Everything gets damaged in less than a year. But the Anglo Indian Irish community likes to furnish rental properties with a lot of cheap White goods. From the outlet including Argos, you at least need waterproof materials for the same properties both communities build on a large commercial scale. Open up a wholesaler in the whole of the British isles. 3 pin wall plugs are in Ireland North and south of the border. Including the people who live in these countries are the same on Kilbun high street. Love from Kilkenny in Ireland.

I arrived at Argos to buy a fan. Upon arriving I was greeted by Ameena who was absolutely unbothered. The customer service I received from her was absurd. She was rude and inconsiderate. She needs to be removed from working at this location. Just because you do not enjoy your job doesn’t mean you can take it out on your customers. Horrible person with smelly breath.

Was really frustrated when I came to collect my things but needed ID- which I didn’t bring because it hadn’t mentioned anywhere in the email I needed one. However Asah helped me resolve the issue and was really helpful and nice. Great at managing my frustration and the situation overall and offered a solution, I didn’t get to take some of my items which was a compromise (I needed ID because my kitchen set had scissors in it) but he managed to find a solution and lightened the frustration with his friendliness and humour.

This review is for the Argos store at Kiburn. I went there to return a defective Item I bought online (a cloth steamer ) I was really happy with the treatment I received from the man named Jaiquan. Jaiquan took time to listen to the problem and resolved the issue in no time. He took back the defective item and refunded it with no hassle. His warmth and professionalism are second to none he deserves a million stars! Especially after I was treated so badly by Imran,(an employee at Argos Marble Arch) the difference between these two men was night and day. Imran, the employee at Argos Marble Arch needs to take a serious retraining or he would need to take a break from being near people as he has a huge anger issue. He is so unprofessional, laud, and rude. He bullies and yells at customers and barks like a dog telling the customer to leave the store.

Thank you Jaiquan (at Kilburn branch) for letting me feel I can shop at Argos again! You are a star!!
