What an absolute gem! I loved everything about this hotel from the configuration of the building, aesthetics of the rooms, lobby and other public spaces. This hotel is beautiful well kept by the staff.

There was always a desk attendant to assist with the simplest of things. If they say you once, twice or 3 times in a day it was always a spoken word of “Hello,” “Enjoy your evening!” Good Night…etc.

Our room was perfect! Enjoyable space for 2-4 pp in a double bed room. The beds were so comfortable, the list can go on and on!

I used the laundry facilities! The washer and dryer smelled clean and not moldy. It was in a great location on our floor. It wasn’t tucked in a corner of the hotel, which sometimes seems unsafe at certain hotels.

I did see meeting space onsite! 3 meeting rooms on the main floor.

What an absolutely amazing experience we had this weekend staying here for my son’s wedding. I cannot say enough about Danielle put the booking package together for all of our out of town guests. She was absolutely amazing!

The staff at the Aloft went above and beyond all weekend! They were so friendly and accommodating!

Thank you to the staff for being such an intricate part of making my son and daughter in laws weekend magical!

Stopped in to use the restroom (mom bladder) as I was heading to my grandmas burial and the 2 front desk ladies were so kind and allowed me to use the restroom. I truly appreciate their kindness and it was super clean as well. Thank you Ashley and Danielle

This place is really comfortable. My room had nice couch layout in front of the bed. The bed is queen size. Nice walk in shower. TV nice. Its clean and smell fresh. Great service as well. Anything you need they're on it. This place has a open bar, pool tables. Swimming pool. 24/7 gym. Breakfast. It's clean and comfortable. I will definitely rebook this hotel in the future.

The staff was really nice. The layout of the rooms are a bit odd. Showers don't have any place to put your own stuff or elevate a leg for shaving.

Service and rooms, where do I begin… Bed never made, nor was the room cleaned on a daily basis. Keep in mind do not disturb sign was never used during the duration of our stay. When I took it up with management they blamed it on a previous guest having OCD and that is why they don’t do it unless requested! How strange . This is a first of all hotels I stayed at with this rule! How does this one customer make a rule for all guests , do the rest of the guests not have a say so? Next…. service ! Inattentive service, you say something and they don’t listen. Stood in the nook to get coffee, why did pull the coffee machine away from us ? Repeatedly saying excuse me, did hear us- it was done intentionally! This is suppose to be my home away from home for a short time. Instead it left me with an uneasy and unappreciated feeling. Think twice before you book here.

When I travel to Columbus Aloft Westerville is always my first choice. The staff there is very accommodating and friendly. Cleaning staff is always on point and the bar is perfect for a night cap.
