We felt like he genuinely just wanted to make sure we left as happy customers (and we did). Adonis in finance was awesome as well. Very up open and honest with us, and helped us better understand our options for financing and additional protections. Overall we are very satisfied customers, and won’t hesitate to do business with them again.

My experience with Gettel Stadium Toyota was disappointing, reminiscent of a local used car dealer rather than a reputed establishment. While my salesperson, Big Mike, was a true gentleman and treated us well, his manager’s condescending attitude soured the experience midway.
On September 22nd, I purchased a certified 2021 Highlander and traded in my 2012 Lexus, but what followed was a series of frustrations.
Issues Encountered:
- Delayed Paperwork: I didn’t receive any documentation for over 24 hours. After my personal visit, I finally got the paperwork via email.
- Unfair Trade-In Value: I was promised a fair value for my Lexus, but they offered just $1,200—far below the $8,000 I expected given its condition. Broken plastic cover for mirror and scratches when bumper scraped my home garage door, but no accidents.
- Seat Belt Warning: The rear seat belt warning beeped continuously, a problem that persisted despite reassurances it would be fixed.
- Cleaning Issues: I found food remnants in the back seats, which the staff eventually cleaned. Kudos to detailing staff.
- Hole in the Floor: There was a concerning hole in the car’s floor, raising doubts about its previous use. The carpet and underpadding had a 4 x 2 x ½ inch cut.
- Exchange Clause Ignored: Despite having an exchange clause, they refused to honor it, claiming they didn’t have a comparable vehicle available.

While some issues may seem minor, a certified car should have passed a thorough inspection. Instead, I felt compelled to take time off work to resolve these problems.

In conclusion, I expected better service from a reputed dealership as compared to my previous experience with local dealers who treated me with more respect and did their work diligently.

Stadium Toyota doesn't deserve stars, but two stars for Mike's patience and excellent job by the cleaning staff.

I have never had such at bad experience in my life purchasing any product, especially a used car from what should be a reputable dealer. Just the facts as I have no other words...

Bought truck from Big Mike. He's in the photo. For some reason the delivery of this truck took a full day. It was in maintenance all day for a simple tpms sensor replacement. Many hours later I was able to take delivery.

30 miles after delivery suddenly the transmission would not hold a gear over 60mph and 15 miles after that it began to shutter badly at any speed over 40mph. 5 miles later it was in the shop as the whole transmission needed a rebuild and a torque converter and valve assembly. 3 weeks later and 5k more out of my pocket the truck now drives properly.

In the mean time. I was owed a seat motor to fix a broken seat. I had a confirmed appointment for today to get that fixed (photo). I show up at my 9am appointment time. Mark comes out and tells me his guy to do the install is not there and to come back another day. I told him to screw it. I'm done with this screer up place!

Me nor anyone I know will ever step foot on this car lot or any known affiliate of them again. I have never dropped 17k-ish out the door to have a transmission blow and then another 5k later get screwed over again on what the dealer owed me as they could not keep their appointment. And my work schedule doesn't allow for constant days off, so I'm just out of luck.

Shame on this place. This vehicle should have gone to auction and not been sold on their lot. And shame on me for putting trust in a large dealership and only doing a short test drive with the salesman telling me where to go and never getting up to speed long enough to have experienced the transmission problem due to rush hour traffic.

Do yourself a favor. Just avoid this place.

For an oil service costing $180, I expected meticulous attention to detail from an authorized dealer. However, the technician failed to even reinstall the oil cap correctly, indicating a thorough inspection was not executed. This negligence is not just a minor oversight; it is sheer incompetence. As a result, my engine, which was previously in pristine condition, is now covered in oil, and several panels are ruined. I am fortunate that my engine did not suffer catastrophic damage, but the mess left behind is inexcusable. This incident has severely eroded my trust in Gettel Stadium Toyota’s ability to perform basic services.
