This was my first visit to this establishment. I had some mild trepidations about going to an unknown with my bicycle, knowing that one small overlook could cause me serious harm if the bike failed during a ride.The staff was very welcoming, very helpful, did not try to upsell me on anything, and did a very careful inspection of my bike. You have a fan and a loyal customer for as long as I ride.

Kevin and Mark were very helpful in showing me bikes that would fit my needs. Ended up with the Trek Verve 1. Great new ride! Love it. Definitely recommend going to see them for a new bike or if you need your old bike tuned up!
