Had a delightful experience both times I visited. I was served by a lovely lady named Simone. Although they were short staffed she provided her undivided attention to me and helped me purchase goods to cater my needs. A true asset to the team.

I was standing in line (the only one) for 10 minutes where no sign said it's for customer service only and there were no one for collection either. After 10 min. a Lady comes out to a till with no sign on it , so you can not know if she's just helping the other line (apparently customer service line) and she just takes someone who just walked in for collection. And when I told her that I was here in front of her already as a collection customer like her, she doesn't care, she just says it's a different line.
Luckily a 3rd person comes out (everyone on break at the same time I guess) to the collection till (with a sign on)and I'm complaining to him about this and he doesn't understand my concern at all just repeating the same, just talking back to me that it's not the same queue, like it was obvious as there were no signs anywhere...very inconsiderate, rude, zero customer service ability, don't hear what customers telling them, I'm not going back there ever again!

Great experience with staff at Argos Wembley Central as always a pleasure the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Their staff Venus today she was very kind and helpful to help me retrieve an eBay parcel which was missing it did not have the ecp reference attached. She spent time to help me check despite the store being very busy as well. I am very happy with service of the staff at Argos Wembley Central they always go the extra mile and always a smile for their customers. Thank you very much.

Argos is another disappointment, convenient yes. However the app is just so messed up.

Sometimes they make u get so excited only to disappoin u and make u feel so sh!t.

I'm speechless and disappointed so much.

Seems like no one cares for customer care no more. For as long as sh!t sells forget it. Thats what customer care has come down to who cares.

I went to Argos this morning, 4th July 2024 to buy 2 mugs. There was no one to serve the customer and a lady simply walked around ignoring me. She could see I was waiting. Another lady did bring out a mug but only one. I asked for the other one, she looked at me and walked away. I can’t believe the incompetence of this lady. If her employer is reading this can he/she please have words with her as this is unacceptable.

Atrocious service - a certain Paulette, one of the assistants, is what one would cite as a prime example when the phrase “as strong as our weakest link” is uttered when talking about organisations. It’s always workers like this one who give businesses bad reputation. Great manager being let down by an unhappy member of staff!

The manager, Chantè, was really rude. She didn't accept a return for a product I brought back just a day after purchase because I had opened the box. It's frustrating because they don't want to show you the product before you buy, but they expect you to check it before purchasing.

If I could rate it 0 I would. Manager (believe his name is Jeff) was very impolite tried to say the product had finger prints and scratches where all those finger prints and scratches where caused by his staff putting the item screen down on the counter causing the imperfections even when the item was on she was pressing on the screen which you shouldn’t do. Other customers where trying to return items and he would just turn them away making the customers leave frustrated and unhappy. I even visited a different store before going to the Wembley Central store because the other store opened earlier and when I told them I purchased it online to collect from the Wembley Central branch they laughed and said “oh good luck that manager is really picky he even refuses to take refunds for items that can be refunded”.
That’s when I made sure to not leave without getting my refund.
