The store was fairly quiet but nonetheless Donna was quick to offer assistance to save me the trouble of looking round to find the wiper blades I needed. Indeed she nipped off and swiftly returned, blades in hand. The purchase was completed with some light hearted conversation and off I went.
The subsequent fitting was very easy. So ended a pleasant shopping experience!

The warranty process was seamless. The mechanic who fitted the replacement was great. Good sense of humour too, job was done in record time!

Went into helford's as I just got a new car and the caravan electrical hookup is different on my trailers so I was looking to get a new one so I can pull my trailers. It's a big shot. Walked around downstairs. It's got utilities for cars, parts, fuel cans, number plates, paint steering wheel, stereos, baby seats, tools. Everything you can think of what you might need for your car and upstairs. It has push bikes, children's bikes parts for your bikes and they repair them on site. I look round and in the end I bought a little can of paint to hide the scratches on my car, It's a nice shot. Well set out ,the staff are polite and helpful,, overall 10 out of 10 a good shopping experience

I ordered a bicycle for my daughter from here and they said it would arrive after a week.
I went a week later and asked if it had arrived, around 11am. They told me that the bicycle had arrived, but the delivery time was 13:30.
I said okay, I left.
If the product has arrived, I do not understand why it is not delivered. Why don't you give your order to the customer as soon as possible and send it?
Anyway, I went this afternoon.
There was one person at the till and two other customers in front of me.
One asked for something and left. The other one wanted to look for a bicycle.
The person at the cashier took care of him and I waited for half an hour. I asked if you didn't have another colleague to help.
Actually, I had a two-minute errand. I was going to take the bike and leave.
I went down to the cash desk to ask for help from there. I said to the person there, your friend upstairs is not available, if possible, I asked if you could take care of it in two minutes.
He told me that the bikes are taken from upstairs and the mate there takes care of them. And there are two customers inside. There's one me and one upstairs. He said no, I can't go upstairs. Well, then cancel my order, I said. And he cancelled it without apologising. I don't understand this. If you can find time to cancel, how come you can't go up and help your friend. There's time to cancel, but not to deliver the order. I give up.
I can't imagine the damage to the place where such a guy works. It's a shame.

Went to Halfords to buy a Dash Cam, Penny delt with us and I found her to be knowledgeable about the products polite and friendly. We went though the choices and finally came to the best choice. I joined the motoring club so got another £5 off so all good. Will be back for my motoring needs

What is the point of having a pre-booking system for things like bulb fittings if when you arrive for your pre-booked appointment you are told you have to wait at least half an hour due to so many drop ins...
I pre-booked so I could get this done during my lunch break, pre-bookings should take priority over drop ins else what is the point of pre-booking?!!!

Just to add, this is not a criticism of the staff on site as they were lovely and fitted me in a quick as they could, it's a criticism of the store policy if it's not prioritising pre-booking over drop ins

Visited the Ipswich Euro Park branch on 31st October, looking for info on e-bikes. Was served by Ben who was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic about e-bikes and generous with his time. Ben is a great credit to Halfords!

Went to Halfords today looking for a bike for my daughter. We were served by Ben, an excellent assistant and a genuinely nice guy. Even though our transaction took longer as there was a system error, he managed his and our time excellently. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
