These guys are absolutely amazing! I cannot thank them enough. I brought my emtb in after husband ripped it off the roof hitting a barrier. They gave it a really good look over, made a few tweaks and helped us fix the bike carrier too! Plus sorted my kids bike brakes out ! Thank you again! We will be buying our next bike from you.

Excellent! I cannot fault Cycling 2000. They were so friendly and supportive. My bike arrived promptly and via a wonderful concierge service. The customer service was brilliant. They were very patient in dealing with all of my emails and questions. Thank you guys!

They were helpful at first but they keep delaying the work they take on. If you ask for update they keep pushing back the date. When you ask again for an update on the date they gave you they got nasty, i ended up taking my bike back and searched for an independent. Dave the owner was particularly horrible. He even started asking what i do for a living which has nothing to do with the work i was paying him to carryout. Im never coming back there again.

We’ve had a very bad experience with Dave and his team.

Customer service was appauling and they were rude.

They do not keep the customer updated and they keep taking on work that they cannot manage and end up with a backlog.

At first they were okay, but the second time we needed to have something done, they asked me what I do for a living which I thought was out of context.

It is as if they base their service on your social status.

I am all for helping the local community but if the service is awful I will let other people know so they will not experience the same thing that I have experienced.

Just to add on this, you were also questioning why we did not but the bike from your shop as if we don’t have a choice on this.

It’s all good explaining it here but it has already happened.

I have been to Cycling 2000 a few times now for various repairs and servicing and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Everyone there is super enthusiastic, helpful and friendly. I have a good deal of enthusiasm for cycling but not much knowledge and this is no problem at all - no condescending comments, just people trying to help you. Thank you to everyone at Cycling 2000, a pleasure to visit you and I will definitely be coming again.

Fantastic customer service, happy to help and advise. Took daughters bike in as the brake cable had failed and despite being busy they managed to turn it around and get it done on the same day.
