Quite pleased with my latest set of spanners. Click and collect service works very well and it's always easy to get a parking space as well. Some of the items are a bit pricey and I feel like I've been a bit ripped off lately when I've seen the same items for far cheaper in other shops later on, but it is what it is.

Popped in this morning to take a closer look at a couple of the hybrids by BOARDMAN. The range of bikes was much larger than my local store in Preston. Got chatting with John (glasses) who was very knowledgable, patient and a great help. In the end I went for the HYB 8.8 ready for my coast to coast challenge. Great store.

Went into Halfords at Blackpool retail park for a mountain bike brake cable.located bike area and spoke to John (the one with glasses), The cable was for my grt grandchild’s bike of which I don’t have a great knowledge.john was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble dealing with my request I am most great full for all his help

We went to this Halfords to get 2 new dipped headlight bulb fitted as the 2 I had stopped working, the colleague, Rick, who served us was rude and wasn’t very cooperative with what we were asking, I pay for the premium membership and that seemed to annoy him even more. He then came out to fit the bulbs, only to find out tonight that they were not fitted correctly, they weren’t locked in place, They are angled to the sides of the car instead of lighting the road ahead, Overall an awful service, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with Halfords ‘We Fit’ service. Won’t be using this service again that’s for sure.

A very good experience as I went to Squires Gate , Blackpool store to book a slot to re-install a dash cam in new car . Karl had the job done in half an hour and I was away, a very nice guy and quick.
