There was no way of booking an appointment when I ordered my new car battery including installation so I just turned up, and they fit it straight away. The person who fitted it was very kind and friendly. Great customer service and my car now feels like it's running so much better.

Went in today and was served by Charlee and she was super friendly and helpful to people in the queue even holding the door for someone carrying a recently purchased battery.

Manager seriously needs to give their head a shake ,having staff running round like headless flies trying to fix the router as their system has been down past few days instead of the manager correcting this they sent the only fitter in the store out to get it leaving people asking for bulbs to be changed oil checked and no one around to do this .. what a shambles …Instead of management sorting it they left it to the staff to deal with … people have been giving the staff in this store a lot of grief over something that isn’t in there control it’s the over fed managers problem to sort out …. You should have told your staff to stay at home until the issues are sorted not send all your customers away to bring alternative payment options … it’s clear the manager of this store has no duty of care. Also they never have anything in that you need just shelves are stocked with random stuff…. Sick of shops like this quick enough to take money from ya but if they don’t care about the staff here they won’t care about anything but your pocket
