Just picked up my first electric bike and couldn't be happier, put together well and Craig the staff member who handed it over went above and beyond, ran me through some bits on how it worked and recommended some online videos for keeping and maintaining the Bike, now to ride it home and home the weather stays dry,

When I arrived in the UK (originally from Germany), I really wanted to own a bike. Because Halfords is located close to my new accommodation, I gave it I go. I am totally happy, not only because of my new bike, it is more about the service. Two employees helped me just wonderfully. The discussion what might suit me the best, where really good, they included my wishes and made all efforts to get me "my bike". Because there was one bicycle in stock that fitted quite well to me, I was able to drive home with my new one and I am happy about the choice and that I went to Halfords. Really friendly employees.

It was a disappointing visit. However I found, what I was looking for, it took a while, because there was no one to ask on the shop floor. Two store members were at the till dealing with a cyclist looking guy. The queue at the till became very long. We were there about eight or nine people. The two colleagues just couldn't be bothered about the queue. Finally a young colleague appeared from nowhere and she took us to the other till.
Every customer was really annoyed. The reason wasn't just the long queue, it was mainly those two store colleagues' attitude.

In store support from Fraser, Craig and bike services manager was excellent. They handled a number of sales and complaints from other customers in my presence and were polite, helpful and professional at all times despite being put under pressure during my various visits to the store

This was a click and collect item. The wrong item had been picked by a member of staff (easily done with this item), however, this was spotted by the girl at checkout and immediately resolved. Well done.

Had a dead car battery and was stuck in the car park, came in store and managed to get some assistance. One of the employees, Ryan, was a hero - he used one of the jump start battery packs and managed to get us on the road again! Thanks so much for your help, especially because it was freezing and there was snow everywhere!

Susan at the till was a legend, picked up two wiper blades the same size, just assuming they would be, she gently queried me asking if my car was like that as it was unusual, she found that they were not, found the correct size for the second blade, and went and got it for me. Figured she saved me time and potentially money of new blades again. Thank you Susan.
