Richard went out of his way to source parts I needed to get bike number 1 fixed. He went on various websites and found them at a great price so I could order and bring my bike back to have them fitted. He then fixed bike number 2 instore very efficiently and also adjusted my brakes at the same time. He is a credit to Halfords and knows how to treat customers. I'm certain I will get the same service when I go back with bike number 1. 10/10

Halfords has always been a good choice for me to get the quick service. Recently changed headlight bulb and came again to replace the battery. Mac assisted with exceptional costumer dealing skills and gave proper information. Good posture and open body language. Got him self a little bleed while changing battery but didn’t showed any concern. Gave a free 10 point check with insight knowledge. Went an additional mile to check fluids and dashboard signs. Highly recommended plus i got discount for being a member. Thank you for the service.

On arrival I was told the appointment was double booked so I has to wait 45 minutes. The lovely shop assistant was obviously very busy with other people also coming in and needing attention. My issue wasn't solved. I was only partially charged but it turns out the work done didn't fix the issue so shouldn't have really cost me anything. Don't think I'd go back! Two stars as the shop assistant was great, just up against it and unable to help.

Went in to get my bulb replaced. Very friendly service and the guy replaced it within minutes - no appointment was needed. Not a bad price either considering the time it saved.

The bulb replacement took about an hour and then one part was damaged. The manager at the Halfords store in Nottingham Nathall Road was very unpleasant and rude!!!! I do not recommend, please avoid this place
Last year when changing a light bulb the employee who was changing it lost two plastic parts protecting the lamp (he didn't inform me about it) water and sand got into the lamp (damage estimated at around £1000). Complaint submitted to customer service and for over a year no one reacted or paid for the damage!

Absolutely amazing service, Suzanne went above and beyond to help ensure everything was right and I was happy with my purchase, she has fantastic customer service and so polite.
Also Dom was very helpful and also made sure that before I left my bike was all correctly fitting and right hight for myself.

The service i received today was just perfect and I was very happy with everything.

Store was clean and tidy, and pleasantly displayed with clear signage to items.
