I visited Halfords on Edge Lane in Liverpool for a gear adjustment service for my bike. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, taking the time to explain all the details I wasn’t aware of. They identified the issue with my bike’s gear system and provided detailed advice on what I needed to do. Once I get the required parts, I’ll definitely be returning here.

the lad who served me was just amazing , but the temperature of the shop must of been below 2c it was bittley cold, there must be some law that your staff can not work in this Temperature the saffe were blue in the face with the cold. i wont be going back there till i know the heating is fixed..

Id bought the silver bike care package in february for £60. This gave me a half price silver service which i used. Left my bike with Halfords on Friday morning and got a call on Sunday to say it’s ready. Two days they had it for, the photo shows what work they carry out. The service was half price because id bought the bike care package, as you can see they only dis half of the work. Changed the brake and gear cables and inflated my tyres. Didnt clean the frame, forks or wheels and I had to clean and degrease the crank shaft and chain myself. Dont bother with them, find an independent bike repair shop for a service.

I called into Halfords, Edge Lane earlier this afternoon for advice regarding my bike carrier as well as my car tyre. The help and advice I received was excellent. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the man who assisted me, but I wish to send my thanks and appreciation.

Went to have my headlights changed this morning. Turned up 15 mins early when the shop wasn’t open. The man working spotted me and came out to do them there and then so I didn’t have to wait. He did it really quickly too.
Really great customer service from him and very easy online booking process.

Excellent communication from the staff, seen me walking around and asked if was OK, told them Judy having a look before picking up the battery, he asked for the collection code, and when I went to ask for it and purchase other items, the battery was waiting for me, quick and easy

Absolutely incredible customer service! I don't think I have come across anything like this for a very long time. I had the pleasure to deal with Liam in the bike kingdom upstairs, the current store manager, and he went above and beyond, from beginning to end.
I had an issue with the shipping of my bike and him, Lee and Reece were incredible in providing me only with solutions.
The work they have done on my bike was impeccable, thorough and comparable to nothing I've seen before.
I don't think there are enough stars to rate their service. Thank you all so much, for listening to your customers and finding creative solutions to everyone's requests.
