Came into your Selby store and got just what I wanted and more. Very friendly and efficient staff. Only problem was that I always get tempted to buy something else if I spend too much time in there.

Asked to wait while staff spoke and carried on with other tasks which really weren’t important. Then upon receiving my goods I asked if I needed to do anything else, (this was because I was handed my item and nothing else was said) to which I was rudely spoke too by the gentleman who said abruptly “well have you paid, if so, no then”. No thank you, have a good Christmas or any other polite gesture. Rude and very unprofessional

Got nothing but positive things too say about halfords I'm a motoring club member and the saving you can save is unreal I recently bought some interior car cleaning products saved 11 pound before that I bought discs and brake pads all round for car saved a whopping 100 and something it's my go too for any car parts now all products are self and same as euros car parts but always savings its a no brainer get the motoring club card and see for your self can't recommend halfords enough plus other perks like free mot and other things 5 out of 5

I ordered a bike and other accessorises for my daughter to be collected in Selby. Selby store called me to offer a £15 cycle care then I also will receive a discount on the accessorises that Ive bought. Total should be £2 I will have to pay (to me its a very good offer). My father in law went in today to pick up and got charge full amount of £15. I called customer service (they were nice) and they transferred to Selby store. A man talked to me in a rough manner, no apologise for the mistake at all, told me we had to be back to the store for the refund which is a pain because we dont live in Selby. I asked for an email for proof because I dont want to tell the whole story again and the discount doesnt get noted down before it may not done again this time. He told me he cant do it, no way he could help me. If he were to apologise for what happened, admit their mistake (better attitude) I would note rate you that low.

I recently purchased a Career as impel 3 ebike from Selby Halfords store. Firstly I will say thumbs up for the bike. Can't believe how good it is .. had a couple of issues BUT . I am leaving this review to say THANKS to all the staff I dealt with. Mathew Oli Guy and Alex plus all the other staff. They sorted me out in a very professional and friendly way. If your looking for any bike these guys know there stuff and I highly recommend this store for your purchase. Jim Brown .

Our first visit to the Selby store. Staff are very helpful, particularly Lou and Ollie, on this visit.
There is plenty of parking and easy access to the store. Loads to look at and we will be going back to have our push bikes serviced, etc.

I went to the shop in Selby because on the internet it said the product I wanted was there. It wasn't anywhere on the shelves.
Came back home, checked again online, said it was in stock so I ordered it, order confirmed and I had go all the way back to Selby (10 miles) the following day to pick it up.
Halfords, please learn this lesson, keep your shelves stocked and not in the storeroom at the back, you could be missing valuable sales.

I asked my wife to go to the store for me to replace my broken tools, and over the time i had quite a bit of tools broken and i asked her to go and replace all of them, and as soon as she got there the attitude of the staff was awful, he gave her a dirty look because she had a little box of broken tools (roughly around 15 tools) and told her “you shouldn't bring so many tools at once because it will take too long for him to sort it out and you should only bring one at a time” and he still managed to get a wrong socket… i don't have the time to drive to Halfords every time a socket is broken. Also the guy who served my wife his name is Matthew
