Team at Halfords were excellent!
I booked in for a 10 point check and Craig and team went above and beyond to make sure my car was throughly checked and safe to drive.
He also sorted all the necessary work out, bulb replacements and wind screen wiper replacements at the same time so I didn’t have to rebook and bring back.
The check was great value for money, as were the bulbs and windscreen wipers etc. I would definitely recommend.

Went in for a battery check after my car was struggling to start for a couple of days and then not starting at all.. Called into Halfords and battery check and replacement done in around half an hour at a very very reasonable price and service was fantastic from everyone in store ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The team at Halfords were all first class from initial discussions with Geoff who was extremely helpful to the booking in of the bike and then the subsequent repair by Jack who kept us informed throughout and kept to the timescale for the bikes return. Couldn't have been a better service all round. Highly recommend and the team in Lichfield are a great asset to Halfords.

Staff were very helpful and replaced my headlight bulb even though I arrived close to closing time, and helped ensure the correct bulb was fitted with no hard sell. Would recommend.

Visited my local Halfords for new wiper blades, I didn’t know the size etc but the Staff were excellent and sourced the correct ones, I was offered all price ranges , no hard sell. All in All a great visit, many thanks

Ordered a motorbike battery for collection online. Shortly afterwards I received an email to say my item was ready for collection. However, after travelling to the store the opening hours have been changed and they now close at 6pm rather than 8pm. The email was received after 6pm and the hours online have not been updated. Wasted trip. Very disappointed.
