Horrible customer service, I bought a kindle earlier this afternoon and Jamie from the staff wasn't friendly at all,he told me his name was Jamie . He made me pay the money before he brought the item to the front and I asked him a question if I wanted to return it back? He said to me that I have 30 days to return it and one year guarantee. After few hours I checked it out at home I found out that the setting of the device isn't operating properly. I went back to return it and the same guy was there, he was rude to me and he didn't want to refund my money back and I asked for the manger he refused to call the manger and he said he will call security to kick me out from the store. Very bad customer service I highly don't recommend.

Since its moved to sainsburys its been noting but a nightmare, staff arnt helpfully at all, this is the second time in 2 weeks iv gone to collect large items and they don't help, when it was over by smyths they were brilliant and would load it into my car for me ect. The older lady there snapped at me today saying that she was busy when I tried to get her attention after standing there for a while just looking at my order I just wanted to take it and go but she wasn't paying any attention to her surroundings, incredibly rude no customer service skills at all.

Argos are good to go and buy everyday things but in here there are very less chance to get stuff from the shop on the same day. You have to order and come back next day or week to pick up the item. Most of the products are unavailable in the store to take home with you when you are there.

Terrible customer service, stock all wrong. Took payment for an item and then they had an issue with putting it through for home delivery..2 weeks later still waiting for the money and customer service is useless at sorting it
