Fantastic Service. Had bike in to replace tyres after a puncture on Engwe Engine X back tyre. I purchased this bike @EngweUK so didnt wanna try to switch back tyres myself just yet. I am super happy i brought EngineX into the shop everyone i spoke to was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. I explained my issue of puncture repair but thought id need to uograde anyway at a later point. After an informed conversation i was sold on tyre upgrades i was very happy to invest in my bike tyres after that conversation. Every step of the way i was informed what was happening and how it would be executed i was very happy with Job completion everything was very quick. I spoke with 3 various people in the workshop during that time, all of them dealings made me feel very confident in their opinions and diagnosis of problems i was having with speed sensor issues afterwards i returned the bike for diagnosis of speed sensors and issues with the motor knocking off reading wrong speeds.

These lads were all over it and sorted it within 1 hour, adjusting sensors, speed settings for the tyres profile. They have it running better as the Kenda armoured slime tyres feel way more sturdy for manoeuvring and driving forward the roll is sweet with these armoured tyres, change of terrain they are strong and sturdy. A job very well done.

Easy Riderz went beyond the service i was expecting for this i am very grateful for the job the whole shop have completed in proper quick time.

I felt confident in Easy Riderz assistance and expertise every step of the way to get the job done. The app is very cool and kept me informed right through to completion.

The assistance from the shop was second to none from everyone start to finish, the team also couriering EngineX back and forth from our Car, sturdy advice on settings and help placing EngineX into the car boot as the bike was heavy. Fantastic service!

I recently had the pleasure of using Easy Riders to fix my scooter, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. My scooter is my main mode of transport to and from work and the services they provided was top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and efficient scooter repairs.
The repair work done was exceptional. The technicians (God bless them), clearly have a deep understanding of scooters and took the time to diagnose the issues accurately, including motor, battery and tire replacements. My scooter now runs better than ever, and I can feel the difference in its performance.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordability of their services. The cost of the repair was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work and the level of service provided. I definitely got great value for my money.
Overall experience, Easy Riders exceeded my expectations. They provided reliable, and high-quality service with a smile. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry, provided a clear estimate, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Communication was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. My scooter is now in perfect working condition, and I couldn't be happier.

I took my carerra scooter there, it had a damaged tube. The technician fixed it so well and also fixed my brakes and all. My scooter felt like brand new when I got it back. I really do appreciate their work.
