Arrived early for my booking for a bike health check but they saw me within 5 minutes. A very quick check was done on my bike...he showed me how the brakes needed looking at and talked me through other items that would need attention in a few months. I had a cycle care plan with them so my work was free. They called me approx 3 hours later to say it was all done. Overall I am happy at the service and that it was done quickly. Perhaps the only thing I would say was that I wasn't greeted in a very friendly way on my first visit,but I can overlook this as the rest was very good.

Really good service. I collected my delivery. The person behind the counter was very helpful and also very nice. It was busy but he was very calm.
Then Molly helped me purchase some oil and check my levels. She was really good. She then carried the car seat I had purchase to the car. She was amazing. Really efficient and lovely with it. Thank you

Took my car for a brake replacement, booked on Tuesday (paid online) and then in on Saturday @ 1130. Garage called me at 5pm as they were closing that they didn't have the right parts and couldn't do my car. With how long it would take me to get to the store to collect they wouldn't be there. Said it would be done first thing Monday morning, come Monday morning I call and brakes hadn't arrived. Took till 3:30pm to get my car back.

As I mentioned earlier I paid online, total payment was £463. A fair price in comparison to others I had been quoted. But the invoice I received stated that it was considerably less, due to my car being on brakes 4 life. I did not receive a refund at point of pick up. Would be told I get contacted within 48 hours do arrange refund. 3 weeks has passed and no one has contacted me. I raised a complaint online and also been told that would be 48 hours. Still no contact with anyone.

Big thank you to Molly and the 2 guys (sorry didn’t get your names) I brought my minibus in for a new headlight as I couldn’t get a screw out and they persevered and eventually drilled it out and replaced a new bolt along with a new headlight bulb. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you for your patience and determination haha! Amazing job ?

The guys at this place are all so lovely. I had a flat battery a few weeks ago and rocked up late one Friday afternoon. They were so helpful and their banter made the anticipated stress an enjoyable experience ?

Today when my daughter passed her driving test, we went straight there to get her some green p plates… when I told them she’d just passed her test, they went out of their way to congratulate her and gave her a courtesy car kit.

Visited store today and was so very impressed. Leo helped me out and gave his expertise to resolve a problem I'd struggled with for two hours. He was so friendly too and brilliant to speak to - which my six year old daughter also confirmed.

Halfords Loughborough is a great store. They sell car stuff, bikes, and outdoor gear. The people who work there are helpful and nice. Prices are good too. Whether you like cars, bikes, or outdoor stuff, Halfords Loughborough is a good place to go. I recommend it because they have good stuff and nice people.

I needed a dipped lamp bulb for my car but previously I had an improve type of bulb fitted that are no longer available. The assistant was incredibly good a sourcing me an equal replacement.
