Ken, who fitted my headlight, was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, making the process seamless. On top of that, his sense of humor was fantastic—I left not only with a perfectly fitted headlight but also with a huge smile on my face.

I needed two child car booster seats and went to store on a business Saturday morning. The person who dealt with me was fantastic. Not only was she knowledgeable about all their car seat products, she also gave me a demonstration in-store. After purchasing, I asked if she could help by watching me fit then to make sure I did it right and she did, which really helped because the last two car seats my kids had kept moving about and these fit perfectly!

I went to have a bulb fitted today on my Ford BMax the service was fantastic. The fitter 'Old Man Ken' was so helpful and knowledgeable. Explaining some things about my fog lights that I didn't know. On a horrible stormy wet day, Ken's help made things a bit brighter. Thanks all Sallyann T.

Halfords is the place to visit. I got my bike fixed my car reg sorted and my dash cam. Harrison was super helpful very nice kind sweet and had amazing listening skills. Harrison went above and beyond to help me. And not to mention Ken with his dad jokes who is super funny in fact hilarious. Polite and friendly . It was busy when I went in today . I wasn't rushed .

Swung by this morning to have a replacement front headlight bulb fitted. Reasonable price, quick service and Ken who completed the change was a absolute gent. Would definitely use this service again and thoroughly recommend!

Received excellent help and expert advice from Kris here. He was a very knowledgeable bloke and gave great insight into the best type of bike for my needs. He also helped with how to figure out the most efficient way to order it in, based on price and timescale. Overall, I could tell he was trying to help me find a bike that'll fit, at the best value price point, rather than just selling a product blindly. Will definitely take my business here again for any future purchases, as the customer service and the knowledge shown was great.
